I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare I press on so that I can TAKE HOLD OF that for which Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua took hold of me.
  I have not yet fully achieved this, but this one thing I do: FORGETTING WHAT IS BEHIND and STRAINING TOWARD WHAT IS AHEAD, I PRESS ON toward the GOAL for the REWARD of the UPWARD CALLING of God in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
• I decree and declare all who are Mature Believers are LOOKING FORWARD to God’s PURPOSE and His Heavenly Kingdom.
  If you have a different attitude in anything, this also God will REVEAL to you.
• I decree and declare I will join in following the examples set forth in Scripture and NOTICE those who walk according to this pattern.
  I will DISCERN those who walk as enemies of the cross of Christ/ Messiah.
  It saddens my heart for their end is destruction — their god is their belly and their glory is in their shame.
  They set their minds on earthly things.
• I decree and declare our CITIZENSHIP is in Heaven, and from there we EAGERLY WAIT for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah.
  He will TRANSFORM this humble body of ours into the LIKENESS of His GLORIOUS BODY, through the POWER that enables Him even to put all things in subjection to Himself.
• I decree and declare that God is RICH in MERCY because of His GREAT LOVE with which He loved us.
  Even when we were dead in our trespasses, He made us ALIVE TOGETHER WITH CHRIST/ MESSIAH.
  HE RAISED US UP with Him and seated us with Him in the Heavenly places in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua to show in the Ages to Come the MEASURELESS RICHNESS of His GRACE in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus/Messiah Yeshua.
• I decree and declare Christ/ Messiah is our PEACE/ SHALOM, the One who made the two into one and broke down the middle wall of separation.
  He came and proclaimed PEACE/ SHALOM to you who were far away and PEACE/ SHALOM to those who were near — for through Him we both have ACCESS to the Father by the same Spirit/ Ruach.
• I decree and declare you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but YOU ARE FELLOW CITIZENS with God’s People and MEMBERS of God’s Household.
  You have been BUILT on the FOUNDATION made up of the Emissaries and Prophets, with Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua Himself being the Cornerstone.
  In Him the WHOLE BUILDING, being fitted together, is growing into a HOLY TEMPLE for the Lord.
• I decree and declare I continue PRAYING for you, that you might be FILLED with the KNOWLEDGE of His will in ALL WISDOM and SPIRITUAL UNDERSTANDING to walk in a MANNER WORTHY of the Lord, to PLEASE HIM in all respects, bearing FRUIT in every good work and growing in the KNOWLEDGE of God.
• I decree and declare you are being STRENGTHENED with all the POWER that comes from God’s GLORIOUS MIGHT, for you to have all kinds of PATIENCE and STEADFASTNESS.
  I give thanks to the Father, WHO QUALIFIED YOU to share in the INHERITANCE of the Saints/ Kedoshim in the Light.
• I decree and declare He RESCUED us from the domain of darkness and brought us into the Kingdom of the Son Whom He loves.
  In Him we have REDEMPTION — the release of sins.
  For God was pleased to have all His FULLNESS DWELL in Him and through Him to RECONCILE ALL THINGS to Himself, making peace through the blood of His Cross.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹² Not that I have already obtained it or have already become perfect, but I press on so that I may lay hold of that for which also I was laid hold of by Christ Jesus. ¹³ Brethren, I do not regard myself as having laid hold of it yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, ¹⁴ I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. ¹⁵ Let us therefore, as many as are perfect, have this attitude; and if in anything you have a different attitude, God will reveal that also to you; ¹⁶ however, let us keep living by that same standard to which we have attained.
¹⁷ Brethren, join in following my example, and observe those who walk according to the pattern you have in us. ¹⁸ For many walk, of whom I often told you, and now tell you even weeping, that they are enemies of the cross of Christ, ¹⁹ whose end is destruction, whose god is their appetite, and whose glory is in their shame, who set their minds on earthly things. ²⁰ For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ; ²¹ who will transform the body of our humble state into conformity with the body of His glory, by the exertion of the power that He has even to subject all things to Himself,” Philippians 3:12-21.

“⁴ But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, ⁵ even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), ⁶ and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, ⁷ so that in the ages to come He might show the surpassing riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus……
…….. ¹³ But now in Christ Jesus you who formerly were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. ¹⁴ For He Himself is our peace, who made both groups into one and broke down the barrier of the dividing wall, ¹⁵ by abolishing in His flesh the enmity, which is the Law of commandments contained in ordinances, so that in Himself He might make the two into one new man, thus establishing peace, ¹⁶ and might reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, by it having put to death the enmity. ¹⁷ And He came and preached peace to you who were far away, and peace to those who were near; ¹⁸ for through Him we both have our access in one Spirit to the Father. ¹⁹ So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints, and are of God’s household, ²⁰ having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the corner stone, ²¹ in whom the whole building, being fitted together, is growing into a holy temple in the Lord, ²² in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling of God in the Spirit,” Ephesians 2:4-7, 13-22.

“⁹ For this reason also, since the day we heard of it, we have not ceased to pray for you and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, ¹⁰ so that you will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; ¹¹ strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for the attaining of all steadfastness and patience; joyously ¹² giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in Light.
¹³ For He rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, ¹⁴ in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
¹⁵ He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. ¹⁶ For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities — all things have been created through Him and for Him. ¹⁷ He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. ¹⁸ He is also head of the body, the church; and He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that He Himself will come to have first place in everything. ¹⁹ For it was the Father’s good pleasure for all the fullness to dwell in Him, ²⁰ and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, having made peace through the blood of His cross; through Him, I say, whether things on earth or things in heaven.
²¹ And although you were formerly alienated and hostile in mind, engaged in evil deeds, ²² yet He has now reconciled you in His fleshly body through death, in order to present you before Him holy and blameless and beyond reproach — ²³ if indeed you continue in the faith firmly established and steadfast, and not moved away from the hope of the gospel that you have heard, which was proclaimed in all creation under heaven, and of which I, Paul, was made a minister,” Colossians 1:9-23.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
