Declarations & Decrees: Only the Faithful Can Go Through the Gates Into the City of God!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• • I decree and declare the SONG is SUNG: “We have a STRONG City, a STRONG Nation!
    The WALLS and RAMPARTS are built strongly for our safety!
    The GATES will be opened for the RIGHTEOUS; let the RIGHTEOUS Nation enter, a Nation that KEEPS FAITH!
  • I decree and declare a Person whose DESIRE rests on You, Lord/ Adonai; You PRESERVE him in perfect PEACE, because he TRUSTS in You!
    He trusts in You, Lord/ Adonai, FOREVER, because You are the Rock of Ages!
  • I decree and declare the WAY of the RIGHTEOUS is level; the Lord/ Adonai, Righteous One, smooths the PATH for the RIGHTEOUS.
    We FOLLOW the Way of His JUDGMENTS, we put our Hope in Him.
    The DESIRE of all our soul is to REMEMBER You, Lord/ Adonai and Your Name.
  • I decree and declare my soul DESIRES You at Night, my spirit in me SEEKS You at dawn; for when Your JUDGMENTS are here on Earth, the People in the World learn what RIGHTEOUSNESS is.
  • I decree and declare Jerusalem/ Yerushalayim, ARISE. SHINE for your LIGHT has come, the GLORY of the Lord/ Adonai has risen over you.
    For although darkness covers the Earth and think darkness the People, on you the Lord/ Adonai will rise; over you will be seen HIS GLORY!
  • I decree and declare Nations will go toward your LIGHT and kings toward your SHINING SPLENDOR.
    Raise your eyes and look around: they are all assembling and coming to you.
    Then you will see and be RADIANT, your Heart will throb and swell with Delight; for the riches of the seas will be brought to you, the wealth of Nations will come to you.
  • I decree and declare Foreigners will rebuild your WALLS, their kings will be at your service.
    Your GATES will always be open, they will not be shut by day or by night, so that People can bring you the WEALTH of Nations, with their kings led in procession.
    For the Nation or Kingdom that won’t serve you will PERISH, yes those Nations will be utterly DESTROYED.
  • I decree and declare the Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah is COMING very soon!
    Blessed is the Person who OBEYS the Words of the Prophecy written in the Scriptures!
    The Prophets and the People who OBEY the Words written in the Book WORSHIP GOD!
  • I decree and declare the Words of the Prophecy are not to be sealed up because the TIME of their fulfillment is NEAR.
    Whoever keeps acting wickedly will go on acting wickedly; whoever is filthy, will go on being made filthy.
    Also, whoever is RIGHTEOUS, let him go on doing what is RIGHTEOUS; and whoever is HOLY, let him go on being made HOLY!
  • I decree and declare PAY ATTENTION, says Jesus/ Yeshua, “I am COMING SOON, and My Rewards are with Me to give to each Person according to what he has done.
    I am the Alpha and Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End!”
    Blessed are those who WASH their robes, so that they HAVE THE RIGHT to Eat from the Tree of Life and GO THROUGH THE GATES INTO THE CITY!
  • I decree and declare outside the City Gates are the homosexuals, those involved with the occult and with drugs, the sexually immoral, murderers, idol-worshippers, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.
    Jesus/ Yeshua sent His angel to give TESTIMONY to the Christian/ Messianic Communities.
    He is the Root and Offspring of David, the Bright Morning Star.
    Come! And let anyone who is THIRSTY Come – Let anyone who wishes, take the WATER of LIFE free of charge.
  • I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ In that day this song will be sung in the land of Judah: “We have a strong city; He sets up walls and ramparts for security. ² “Open the gates, that the righteous nation may enter, the one that remains faithful. ³ “The steadfast of mind You will keep in perfect peace, because he trusts in You. ⁴ “Trust in the Lord forever, for in God the Lord, we have an everlasting Rock. ⁵ “For He has brought low those who dwell on high, the unassailable city; He lays it low, He lays it low to the ground, He casts it to the dust. ⁶ “The foot will trample it, the feet of the afflicted, the steps of the helpless.”
⁷ The way of the righteous is smooth; O Upright One, make the path of the righteous level. ⁸ Indeed, while following the way of Your judgments, O Lord, We have waited for You eagerly; Your name, even Your memory, is the desire of our souls. ⁹ At night my soul longs for You, indeed, my spirit within me seeks You diligently; for when the earth experiences Your judgments the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness,” Isaiah 26:1-9.

“¹ “Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you. ² “For behold, darkness will cover the earth and deep darkness the peoples; but the Lord will rise upon you and His glory will appear upon you. ³ “Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.
⁴ “Lift up your eyes round about and see; they all gather together, they come to you. your sons will come from afar, and your daughters will be carried in the arms. ⁵ “Then you will see and be radiant, and your heart will thrill and rejoice; because the abundance of the sea will be turned to you, the wealth of the nations will come to you. ⁶ “A multitude of camels will cover you, the young camels of Midian and Ephah; all those from Sheba will come; they will bring gold and frankincense, and will bear good news of the praises of the Lord. ⁷ “All the flocks of Kedar will be gathered together to you, the rams of Nebaioth will minister to you; they will go up with acceptance on My altar, and I shall glorify My glorious house. ⁸ “Who are these who fly like a cloud and like the doves to their lattices? ⁹ “Surely the coastlands will wait for Me; and the ships of Tarshish will come first, to bring your sons from afar, their silver and their gold with them, for the name of the Lord your God, and for the Holy One of Israel because He has glorified you.
¹⁰ “Foreigners will build up your walls, and their kings will minister to you; for in My wrath I struck you, and in My favor I have had compassion on you. ¹¹ “Your gates will be open continually; they will not be closed day or night, so that men may bring to you the wealth of the nations, with their kings led in procession. ¹² “For the nation and the kingdom which will not serve you will perish, and the nations will be utterly ruined,” Isaiah 60:1-12.

“⁷ “And behold, I am coming quickly. Blessed is he who heeds the words of the prophecy of this book.”
⁸ I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. And when I heard and saw, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who showed me these things. ⁹ But he said to me, “Do not do that. I am a fellow servant of yours and of your brethren the prophets and of those who heed the words of this book. Worship God.”
¹⁰ And he said to me, “Do not seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is near. ¹¹ Let the one who does wrong, still do wrong; and the one who is filthy, still be filthy; and let the one who is righteous, still practice righteousness; and the one who is holy, still keep himself holy.”
¹² “Behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to render to every man according to what he has done. ¹³ I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.”
¹⁴ Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter by the gates into the city. ¹⁵ Outside are the dogs and the sorcerers and the immoral persons and the murderers and the idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices lying.
¹⁶ “I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things for the churches. I am the root and the descendant of David, the bright morning star.”
¹⁷ The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take the water of life without cost,” Revelation 22:7-17.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
