Hearing Jesus
Shocking words of Jesus…..
The Word of God is recorded and written down what Jesus Christ said, which speaks much revelation to help any inquiring person understand why some cannot, or do not, hear His voice.
This Word stands upon the authority only found in Jesus Christ. No man can explain it away, but must only accept it or reject it.
What Jesus Christ said remains:
“….. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth, …. Every one that is of the truth heareth My Voice.” John 18:37b emphasis added.
It is noteworthy and should be mentioned: the Word of Jesus says…
“Every one…” [every one who is of the truth]
“Hears Jesus’ voice…”
Conclusion:
Upon hearing this Word, one must come to the understanding that in order to hear Jesus’ Voice, a person must understand……. “Truth”.
There are many today who just seem to be totally unable to understand The Word of God.
Here is why! They are not of the truth.
This is a sobering wake up call. Do you hear Jesus’ voice? If you do not… where does that leave you?
Additional scripture to consider:
“But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. To him the porter openeth; and THE SHEEP HEAR HIS VOICE: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.
And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the SHEEP FOLLOW HIM; FOR THEY….. KNOW HIS VOICE.
And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: FOR THEY KNOW NOT THE VOICE OF STRANGERS,” John 10:2-5 emphasis added.
“No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.
It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath HEARD, and hath LEARNED OF THE FATHER, cometh unto me,” John 6:44-45 emphasis added.
