Oh Spiritual Children!
Dear Spiritual Children,
Your leader, who is proven in ministry, who walks in honor and integrity, who displays love by pushing and supporting you, is not in competition with you.
Stop having delusions of sabotage, just because they give you constructive criticism, concerning your character, behavior and attitude.
They are not trying to stop your destiny, just because they tell you that you’re not ready for certain avenues in ministry.
They are not trying to put you down or cause you embarrassment, because they had to openly rebuke you, for behavior that was ungodly and which you did in front of other leaders.
Your real true leader is not upset, because you left, unless they know you left before time, other than that, they understand that as you grow, you may have to connect to somebody else to help you in your calling, especially if they don’t walk in the calling you are called to.
Your leader knows that they are there to train, teach and release you, in the timing of God.
Stop crying to every leader that they don’t want to affirm, ordain or license you, because they are jealous when they already explain that you are not spiritually ready yet, because of the issues you are still dealing with.
Stop saying they have a grudge against you, because they won’t allow you to just run wild and run everywhere, when you know you are just upset because they asked you for accountability.
Know that they would rather you be upset and angry with them, than to allow you to be hurt, because you have run into the arms of a wolf in sheep clothing.
Sometimes your leader knows somethings about a person which you don’t know.
Stop telling people your leader doesn’t have time for you, because they don’t hang on the phone with you all day or night, or hang out with you like you’re buddies.
I can tell you from experience, that this action sometimes erases boundaries of respect and honor, when a leader hangs out with those whom they are called to lead, just like a best friend or buddy, because they feel like they are not supposed to discipline or correct them.
Your leader is not your BFF, but somebody assigned to help you get to your purpose, by teaching, training, chastisement, correction and teaching you how to be honorable, Holy and Righteous.
When you see your leader as just a friend, you lose the ability to gleam from them, because you will feel like as a friend, they can’t say or do certain things toward you.
So Spiritual Children, your leader is not afraid of the call or anointing on your life! What they are afraid of is you not sitting long enough to learn the things that are necessary for you to survive the warfare battles, trials, test and persecution that you will encounter to fulfill your calling!
Instead of getting upset, why don’t you sit at the feet of the one YAH has assigned to train you and gleam and embrace the wisdom, knowledge, understanding and experience they have obtained from their many years in ministry!
Leaders Who Love You, Don’t Want To See You Hurt!
Leadership Duties and Responsibilities
When you license a person, you are not at fault if that person messes up.
That would be like a state giving you a driving license but then being held liable for any traffic accidents you may have!
Getting the license means that you understand and know the laws associated with the license and you are held liable for misusing and disobeying them.
The licensing agent is not liable just because they signed the license, but you become liable when you accept them.
The Spirit of YESHUA said many times, people start out right, therefore their leader ordains, affirms, or licenses them because at that time, they have proven themselves to understand the requirements needed to operate in ministry.
It is not the Leader’s fault if the person turns from the ways of YAH and begin to act contrary to the word.
We often blame the Leadership, because people start turning out bad, but they are not responsible for the actions of someone who understood the consequence connected to operating out of order.
Leaders, it is not your fault if the one that you sign papers for, starts to act out of character!
