Many, may ask, “Where is the mercy in this God of yours?” —as turmoil, war, death and famine roams the earth.
The answer is The Cross, where Jesus was beaten half to death, shamed, carrying the weight of every sin from the beginning of time, to the end of the age, the place where every joint in his body was dislocated.
Fully naked and exposed, jeers and mockery filled His ears to His dying breath.
It is human wickedness, greed, control, self agenda, lawlessness and lack of love that abounds.
Where is this God?
He is in everyone who calls on Him and seeks Him.
He simply waits for His Children to ask for His help!
It will never be as we expect, because He knows every outcome and His ways are higher than ours.
He is shaking the nations into judgement and justice — yet while His Grace is extended for now, may we seek Him while he can be found.
There is joy, peace, healing and hope in The LORD Jesus Christ.
I pray you know Him — because He knows you. He loves you and no sin can keep Him from us when we give it all to Him in our sincere sorrow.
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Mathew 11:28-30.
