Obedient and Faithful Vessels
Dear Ones: My sister and I were talking about how two members of our family were born on St. Patrick’s Day.
I told her that I had studied about Brother Patrick and that I would share the documents with her. Among the documents was this entry from my journal as The LORD expounded on His search for obedient and faithful vessels of honor.
Here is the entry:
Obedient and Faithful Vessels
“… Behold, as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are ye in mine hand,” Jeremiah 18:6b.
“My Child, My Power has always been available to the Obedient and Faithful child of God.
You read about (St.) Patrick, one of My Vessels of Honor. He went where I sent him. He walked in the ways of My Glory and Power.
This is what I AM bringing on a great scale to My Church — to the obedient and faithful vessels of honor who will follow My Commands, (Isaiah 64:8; 2 Timothy 2:20-21).
I have always worked through Vessels of Honor. The Gospel has been committed into the hands of My Church.
She has been commissioned to do this work. Each member of My Body has been given a work to do. All are important to Me and to the work.
I call and call. All of My children are afforded an opportunity to walk in the paths of glory and power with Me, but they must submit and commit themselves to Me.
This is the cost. Many are not willing to pay this soulish price, (Mark 16:15-18; Isaiah 35:8, Colossians 3:9-10).
But in these times it will not be profitable for any child of God to keep themselves back and reserved from intimate fellowship with Me.
This is the only place of safety. The enemy looks for complacency and moves into make the kill. It is similar to the herd animal that drops away from the flock and the closeness of the shepherd.
The destroyer picks off the stragglers and kills them. They wandered off from the shepherd and reaped destruction and grief.
Keep yourself close to Me and the destroyer will have to go through Me to get to you. I have already defeated him so there is no weapon that can prosper against a child of God who dwells in The Secret Place of the Most High God.
All are called to this place of intimacy — the lost and the child of God. But you must choose to enter into this fellowship, (Luke 15:4; Isaiah 54:17; Psalm 17:4-5,8; Isaiah 32:2).
The only things you must lay aside are those things, which are unprofitable for your soul. Your unredeemed body and unrenewed mind see these things as desirable, but in truth they are not because they keep you back from the very one that gives you life.
Trust Me. I know the Truth and will reveal it to you, (John 8:32; Hebrews 12:1-2; Romans 12:1-2).
Be concerned with the eternal and I will see to the temporal. Delight in Me and rejoice for the days ahead are days of glory and power.
I shower My blessings on this entire family. I never fail or turn away the one who reaches out for Me.
Jump into My arms and be assured I will catch you and lift you up. Shalom! (2 Corinthians 4:18; Psalm 37:4-5; Isaiah 42:4).
