Today as I sit here in meditation with the LORD, I feel such a weeping for our nation and the souls of many as God tugs away at the hearts of many!

The LORD is allowing much to come upon the nations, to get our attention to come together as a nation, but like the funerals we attend, many only want to come together when their is a tragedy, or after some tragedy has taken place

Perhaps if we would do like 2 Chronicles 7:14 says and to pray, many tragedies could be avoided and even canceled by Intercessor prayer!

“if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land,” 2 Chronicles 7:14.

However as I sit here, my heart weeps and a gnawing is in my belly, because I know that many of our homes will be broken and destroyed because of sin.

Some will be locked up, some will face poverty, sickness even death, all because they refused to answer the call of God!

Hebrews 3:13-17 states,

“But exhort one another daily, while it is called “Today,” lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. For we have become partakers of Christ if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end, while it is said:
“Today, if you will hear His voice, do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion.”
For who, having heard, rebelled? Indeed, was it not all who came out of Egypt, led by Moses? Now with whom was He angry forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose corpses fell in the wilderness?”

My heart is sad and it weeps for many, because they have decided to be like Jonah and they have went down in the bottom of the ship to sleep instead of obeying the LORD!

I’m in no way saying everyone has disobeyed God, but those who have, you can rest assured that God has a fish waiting and prepared for you in this season!

You may run and hide from the LORD, but eventually you are going to run into the fish God has prepared for you!

Why not hearken unto the voice of the LORD and save yourself some heartache and griefs?

Because sooner or later those close to you are going to realize that they are suffering, because you decided to go down the wrong highway; instead of going down the straight and the narrow path!

There is a shaking coming and many will fail to take heed!
