As the world spins, apparently hopelessly out of control — losing order, losing sense, losing basic decency — The LORD looks down from heaven and He laughs at our folly, He laughs at our utter foolishness, then He weeps at the paucity of our faith.

According to scripture, Jesus spoke these words five, yes five, times — “O you of little faith!” — most appropriately for this point, when the storm raged around about them.

So, as we all await the crash of the storm waves upon us and around us, The LORD again asks, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” (Matthew 8:26)

I won’t quote in full the usual scriptures about ‘more than conquerors’, or ‘He did not give us a spirit of fear but of a sound mind’, you have heard them so many times before, you can quote them better than I can.

I would rather bring you the Word of The LORD in encouragement rather than in gentle rebuke.

So I asked The LORD what He wants to say to His people about the maelstrom thundering towards us — for it’s about to get worse before it gets better!

Here is the Word of The LORD for all of us today.

“NOW is the time for My People to show and demonstrate their faith that My Glory might be shown to the world.

NOW is the time to Repent.

Now is the time to worship.

NOW is the time to heal.

NOW is the time to offer hope.

NOW is the time to war for the Revival you long for!

NOW is the time for My People to show and demonstrate their Faith that My Glory might be shown to the world. The world is longing for sensible answers, honest answers.”

NOW is the time to Repent — Repent for our lack of Faith, for our own rebellion, for looking to the world more than we look to God, for doubting God! Repent too for not paying the price for Revival.

NOW is the time to Worship, we need to Repent too for our failure to worship! We MUST gather for worship and offer our best to The LORD. Worship Him with all our heart, all our energy, all that we are. Worship Him in love, and in spirit too.

NOW is the time to Heal, expect healing as we worship, and also expect our worship to heal the wounds of the past so that we can worship together in unity.

NOW is the time to offer Hope, the main thing most of the world is seeking is hope. Hope for ourselves and hope for future generations.

NOW is the time to war for the Revival you long for! This is so on The LORD’s Heart — to bring His Spirit to a dry and hurting world in order to heal our land!

In short people, The LORD is calling for us to focus upon Him alone, for there is our Salvation, our Justification, and our Hope.

“Seek ye The LORD while He may still be found.” Isaiah 55:6

Seek His face, His presence, His Glory before all else — and the rest will be added unto you!

Reach for Him, search for Him, seek Him with all your heart and He will be found by you!

That’s one of His promises for us.
