I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare to you, the Children of God/ Elohim, JOINT HEIRS with Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, do not RECEIVE God’s GRACE and then do nothing with it.
  For He says, “At the ACCEPTABLE TIME I heard you; in the day of SALVATION I helped you.”
• I decree and declare in every way you LIVE as workers for God, CONTINUALLY ENDURING troubles, hardships, calamities, beatings, imprisonments, riots, overwork, lack of sleep and food.
  You are recognized for your PURITY, KNOWLEDGE, PATIENCE and KINDNESS; by Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh, by genuineness of LOVE and TRUTHFULNESS of Speech, and by God’s POWER!
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, You are extending Your arms to me, saying, “Now is the ACCEPTABLE TIME; COME and receive My GRACE and the Truth of My SALVATION!”
  I PRAISE You, Lord/ Adonai, for You are lifting me above the mud, the deep waters and those who hate me.
  You will not allow the floodwaters to overwhelm me; for You are my REFUGE and STRENGTH!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai ANSWERS me, for His GRACE is GOOD; in His GREAT MERCY, He turns to me. He will not hide His face from me; when I am in trouble, He will answer me quickly.
  He DRAWS me NEAR and REDEEMS me; He ransoms me from my enemies.
• I decree and declare I SING and SHOUT for JOY to the Rock of my SALVATION!
  I COME into His PRESENCE with THANKSGIVING; I SHOUT for JOY to Him with Songs of PRAISE!
  For the Lord/ Adonai is a great God/ Elohim, a great King greater than all gods.
  He HOLDS the Depths of the Earth in His Hands; the Mountain Peaks too BELONG to HIM!
• I decree and declare COME, let us BOW DOWN and WORSHIP; let us KNEEL before the Lord/ Adonai Who made us!
  For He is our God, and we are the People in His Pasture, the Sheep in His care.
  IF ONLY YOU WILL LISTEN TO HIS VOICE!
  Don’t harden your hearts; don’t challenge the Lord, even though you SEE His Work before you wherever you look.
• I decree and declare the Father has deferred the JUDGMENT of all People to the Son, so that all may HONOR the Son as they HONOR the Father.
  Whoever fails to HONOR the Son is not honoring the Father Who sent Him. Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah is calling, “Whoever HEARS what I am saying and TRUSTS the One Who sent Me has ETERNAL LIFE – that is, he will not come up for JUDGMENT but has ALREADY CROSSED OVER from death to LIFE!
• I decree and declare the TIME IS NOW for the Dead to HEAR the VOICE of the Son of God/ Elohim and COME TO LIFE!
  For just as the Father has LIFE in Himself, so He has given the Son LIFE to have in Himself.
  Don’t be surprised at this; because the TIME is coming when all who are in the grave will HEAR His VOICE and come out – those who have done good to a RESURRECTION of LIFE, and those who have done evil to a RESURRECTION of JUDGMENT.
• I decree and declare Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua has a TESTIMONY greater than John’s/ Yochanan’s, for the things the Father gave Him to do, the things which He did, TESTIFY on his behalf that the Father sent Him.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ And working together with Him, we also urge you not to receive the grace of God in vain — ² for He says, “At the acceptable time I listened to you, and on the day of salvation I helped you.”
Behold, now is “the acceptable time,” behold, now is “the day of salvation” — ³ giving no cause for offense in anything, so that the ministry will not be discredited, ⁴ but in everything commending ourselves as servants of God, in much endurance, in afflictions, in hardships, in distresses, ⁵ in beatings, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labors, in sleeplessness, in hunger, ⁶ in purity, in knowledge, in patience, in kindness, in the Holy Spirit, in genuine love, ⁷ in the word of truth, in the power of God; by the weapons of righteousness for the right hand and the left, ⁸ by glory and dishonor, by evil report and good report; regarded as deceivers and yet true; ⁹ as unknown yet well-known, as dying yet behold, we live; as punished yet not put to death, ¹⁰ as sorrowful yet always rejoicing, as poor yet making many rich, as having nothing yet possessing all things,” 2 Corinthians 6:1-10.

“¹³ But as for me, my prayer is to You, O Lord, at an acceptable time; O God, in the greatness of Your lovingkindness, answer me with Your saving truth. ¹⁴ Deliver me from the mire and do not let me sink; may I be delivered from my foes and from the deep waters. ¹⁵ May the flood of water not overflow me nor the deep swallow me up, nor the pit shut its mouth on me.
¹⁶ Answer me, O Lord, for Your lovingkindness is good; according to the greatness of Your compassion, turn to me, ¹⁷ And do not hide Your face from Your servant, for I am in distress; answer me quickly. ¹⁸ Oh draw near to my soul and redeem it; ransom me because of my enemies!” Psalm 69:13-18.

“¹ O come, let us sing for joy to the Lord, let us shout joyfully to the rock of our salvation. ² Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving, let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms. ³ For the Lord is a great God and a great King above all gods, ⁴ In whose hand are the depths of the earth, the peaks of the mountains are His also. ⁵ The sea is His, for it was He who made it, and His hands formed the dry land.
⁶ Come, let us worship and bow down, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker. ⁷ For He is our God, and we are the people of His pasture and the sheep of His hand. Today, if you would hear His voice, ⁸ Do not harden your hearts, as at Meribah, as in the day of Massah in the wilderness, ⁹ “When your fathers tested Me, they tried Me, though they had seen My work,” Psalm 95:1-9.

“²² For not even the Father judges anyone, but He has given all judgment to the Son, ²³ so that all will honor the Son even as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him.
²⁴ “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.
²⁵ Truly, truly, I say to you, an hour is coming and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live. ²⁶ For just as the Father has life in Himself, even so He gave to the Son also to have life in Himself; ²⁷ and He gave Him authority to execute judgment, because He is the Son of Man. ²⁸ Do not marvel at this; for an hour is coming, in which all who are in the tombs will hear His voice, ²⁹ and will come forth; those who did the good deeds to a resurrection of life, those who committed the evil deeds to a resurrection of judgment.
³⁰ “I can do nothing on My own initiative. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is just, because I do not seek My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.
³¹ “If I alone testify about Myself, My testimony is not true. ³² There is another who testifies of Me, and I know that the testimony which He gives about Me is true.
³³ You have sent to John, and he has testified to the truth. ³⁴ But the testimony which I receive is not from man, but I say these things so that you may be saved. ³⁵ He was the lamp that was burning and was shining and you were willing to rejoice for a while in his light.
³⁶ But the testimony which I have is greater than the testimony of John; for the works which the Father has given Me to accomplish—the very works that I do—testify about Me, that the Father has sent Me.
³⁷ And the Father who sent Me, He has testified of Me. You have neither heard His voice at any time nor seen His form. ³⁸ You do not have His word abiding in you, for you do not believe Him whom He sent.
³⁹ You search the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life; it is these that testify about Me; ⁴⁰ and you are unwilling to come to Me so that you may have life,” John 5:22-40.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
