Not Everything We Read Should Be Eaten
“For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil,” Hebrews 5:13-14.
When will we learn what we should eat and what we should throw out?
What words of prophecy and teachings will give us hope and sustenance and which ones would cause rottenness to our bones?
I say this with certainty because there is so much that is false and filled with half-truths in this hour, and the really sad thing is that many can’t even tell the difference!
When will some of you get to the point when you realize that what you’ve been feeding on is now becoming sour in your stomach?
Surely you know when a piece of meat or a vegetable has become rotten because the taste is not the same as it was when it was fresh.
Surely, you can see the bits of mold that begin to form on a loaf of bread and this would cause you to throw the entire thing away. Why then the hesitation with words and teachings that have become discolored?
Our bodies know when something is foul because after we eat things that are not wholesome then we become sick. Then we need to go and find some remedy for our sickness so that we might become well again.
It is the same for our spirit and our minds. After a while of partaking of foul spiritual food then we can’t even recognize the difference between what is good and what is bad for us.
It is very possible that those who would continually partake of spiritual half-truths and lies day after day and year after year will lose their spiritual alertness and miss the bride groom when He comes for us. But then it will be too late because they won’t be able to borrow our oil that we have stored up that day.
Find the storehouse of God’s grocery store. There are packages of the choicest meats and vegetables all wrapped and ready for us to eat daily.
The bread of life will sustain you each and every day. Don’t go down to the corner store and find something that perhaps looks right at first glance.
At first it may have the appearance of something good for you but in the end it becomes rotten.

Stephen Hanson of In His Truth Ministries came to the LORD is a special way in 1975 and has prophesied regularly since. In these end-time birthing pangs we are reminded that judgment must first begin with the household of God. Will we be prepared and ready?
Thanks.
