I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is with me as a DREADED WARRIOR!
  Many are whispering their plots – terror in every direction!
  Yet my Lord/ Adonai causes my persecutors to STUMBLE, become DEFEATED, and GREATLY ASHAMED because of their failure; their lasting disgrace will not be forgotten!
• I decree and declare You, Lord of Hosts/ Adonai-Tzva’ot, who test the Righteous and SEE People’s Hearts and Thoughts, will let me see You take VENGEANCE on them, for I have committed my cause to You!
  I SING to You, Lord/ Adonai!
  I PRAISE You for You RESCUE those in need from the clutches of evildoers.
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim has BLESSED His Leaders greatly.
  WARRIOR, strap your sword at your thigh; gird on your SPLENDOR and MAJESTY.
  In your MAJESTY, SUCCEED, ride on in the cause of TRUTH, MEEKNESS and RIGHTEOUSNESS!
• I decree and declare God’s THRONE will last FOREVER and EVER; He RULES His Kingdom with a Scepter of EQUITY!
  You, His Leaders and Warriors, have loved RIGHTEOUSNESS and hated wickedness.
  Therefore God has ANOINTED you with the OIL of JOY in preference to your companions.
• I decree and declare the Heavens PRAISE Your WONDERS, Lord/ Adonai, Your FAITHFULNESS in the Assembly of the Angels.
  For who in the skies can be compared with the Lord/ Adonai?
• I decree and declare Lord God of Hosts/ Adonai Elohei-Tzva’ot, none is as MIGHTY as You!
  Your FAITHFULNESS surrounds You.
  You control the raging of the Sea; when its waves rear up, You CALM them.
  The Heavens are Yours, and the Earth is Yours; You founded the World and everything in it.
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai Your ARM is MIGHTY, your HAND is STRONG, Your Right Hand is lifted HIGH.
  RIGHTEOUSNESS and JUSTICE are the Foundation of Your THRONE; GRACE and TRUTH attend You.
  How HAPPY are the People who know the Joyful SHOUT!
  They walk in the LIGHT of Your PRESENCE, Lord/ Adonai!
• I decree and declare You, Lord/ Adonai, are the STRENGTH in which we GLORY!
  Our POWER grows by pleasing You, for our SHIELD comes from the Lord/ Adonai – our King is from the Holy One of Israel!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai has given help to a WARRIOR, He has RAISED UP Someone CHOSEN from the People!
  God/ Elohim has found His Servant and Anointed him with His HOLY OIL.
  The Hand of the Lord/ Adonai will always be with him, and His Arm will give him STRENGTH.
  No enemy will outwit him, no wicked man will overcome him.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai CRUSHES your foes and STRIKES DOWN those who hate you.
  God’s/ Elohim’s FAITHFULNESS and GRACE will be with you; through His Name your POWER will grow.
  You will call to the Lord/ Adonai, “You are my Father, my God, the Rock of my Salvation.”
• I decree and declare you are growing POWERFUL in UNION with the Lord/ Adonai, in UNION with His MIGHTY STRENGTH!
  You use all the ARMOR and WEAPONRY that God/ Elohim provides, so that you are ABLE to STAND against the deceptive tactics of the Adversary.
  For we struggle not against human beings, but against the rulers, authorities and cosmic powers governing this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly reals.
• I decree and declare you will take up EVERY PIECE of WAR EQUIPMENT God provides, so that when the evil day comes you will RESIST, and when the battle is won, you will sill be STANDING.
  Therefore, STAND! Put on the Belt of TRUTH, the Breastplate of RIGHTEOUSNESS; shod your feet with the READINESS that comes from the Good News of PEACE/ SHALOM.
  Always carry the Shield of TRUST, with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the Evil One; and take the Helmet of DELIVERANCE, along with the Sword given by the Spirit, that is, the WORD of God!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹⁰ For I have heard the whispering of many, “Terror on every side! Denounce him; yes, let us denounce him!” All my trusted friends, watching for my fall, say: “Perhaps he will be deceived, so that we may prevail against him and take our revenge on him.” ¹¹ But the Lord is with me like a dread champion; therefore my persecutors will stumble and not prevail. They will be utterly ashamed, because they have failed, with an everlasting disgrace that will not be forgotten. ¹² Yet, O Lord of hosts, You who test the righteous, Who see the mind and the heart; let me see Your vengeance on them; for to You I have set forth my cause. ¹³ Sing to the Lord, praise the Lord! For He has delivered the soul of the needy one from the hand of evildoers,” Jeremiah 20:10-13.

“¹ My heart overflows with a good theme; I address my verses to the King; my tongue is the pen of a ready writer. ² You are fairer than the sons of men; grace is poured upon Your lips; therefore God has blessed You forever.

³ Gird Your sword on Your thigh, O Mighty One, in Your splendor and Your majesty! ⁴ And in Your majesty ride on victoriously, for the cause of truth and meekness and righteousness; let Your right hand teach You awesome things. ⁵ Your arrows are sharp; the peoples fall under You; Your arrows are in the heart of the King’s enemies.

⁶ Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; a scepter of uprightness is the scepter of Your kingdom. ⁷ You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; therefore God, Your God, has anointed You with the oil of joy above Your fellows,” Psalm 45:1-7.

“⁵ The heavens will praise Your wonders, O Lord; Your faithfulness also in the assembly of the holy ones. ⁶ For who in the skies is comparable to the Lord? Who among the sons of the mighty is like the Lord, ⁷ A God greatly feared in the council of the holy ones, and awesome above all those who are around Him? ⁸ O Lord God of hosts, who is like You, O mighty Lord? Your faithfulness also surrounds You. ⁹ You rule the swelling of the sea; when its waves rise, You still them. ¹⁰ You Yourself crushed Rahab like one who is slain; You scattered Your enemies with Your mighty arm.

¹¹ The heavens are Yours, the earth also is Yours; the world and all it contains, You have founded them. ¹² The north and the south, You have created them; Tabor and Hermon shout for joy at Your name. ¹³ You have a strong arm; Your hand is mighty, Your right hand is exalted. ¹⁴ Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne; lovingkindness and truth go before You. ¹⁵ How blessed are the people who know the joyful sound! O Lord, they walk in the light of Your countenance. ¹⁶ In Your name they rejoice all the day, and by Your righteousness they are exalted. ¹⁷ For You are the glory of their strength, and by Your favor our horn is exalted. ¹⁸ For our shield belongs to the Lord, and our king to the Holy One of Israel.

¹⁹ Once You spoke in vision to Your godly ones, and said, “I have given help to one who is mighty; I have exalted one chosen from the people. ²⁰ “I have found David My servant; with My holy oil I have anointed him, ²¹ With whom My hand will be established; My arm also will strengthen him. ²² “The enemy will not deceive him, nor the son of wickedness afflict him. ²³ “But I shall crush his adversaries before him, and strike those who hate him. ²⁴ “My faithfulness and My lovingkindness will be with him, and in My name his horn will be exalted. ²⁵ “I shall also set his hand on the sea and his right hand on the rivers. ²⁶ “He will cry to Me, ‘You are my Father, my God, and the rock of my salvation.’ ²⁷ “I also shall make him My firstborn, the highest of the kings of the earth. ²⁸ “My lovingkindness I will keep for him forever, and My covenant shall be confirmed to him. ²⁹ “So I will establish his descendants forever and his throne as the days of heaven,” Psalm 89:5-29.

“¹⁰ Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. ¹¹ Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. ¹² For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. ¹³ Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. ¹⁴ Stand firm therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, ¹⁵ and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; ¹⁶ in addition to all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. ¹⁷ And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

¹⁸ With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints,” Ephesians 6:10-18.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
