I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare to you who are PURSUING RIGHTEOUSNESS: you will be ESTABLISHED, far from oppression, with nothing to fear, far from ruin, for it will NOT COME NEAR you.
  Any alliance that forms against you will not be of the Lord’s/ Adonai’s doing; whoever tries to form such an alliance WILL FALL because of you!
• I decree and declare NO WEAPON MADE WILL PREVAIL AGAINST YOU.
  In court you will REFUTE EVERY ACCUSATION.
  The Servants of the Lord/ Adonai INHERIT ALL THIS; the REWARD for their RIGHTEOUSNESS is from Him!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is MOVING ACROSS the LAND!
  Every Valley will be filled in, every Mountain and Hill lowered, the bumpy places will be made level and the crags become a plain.
  THEN the GLORY of the LORD/ ADONAI will be REVEALED; all Humankind together will SEE it, for the mouth of the Lord/Adonai has spoken!
• I decree and declare all Humanity is merely grass, all its kindness like Wild flowers: Surely the People are Grass!
  The Grass dries up, the Flower fades, but the WORD of our God/ Elohim STANDS FOREVER!
• I decree and declare you who BRING GOOD NEWS, get yourself up on a High Mountain and CRY OUT at the top of your voice!
  DON’T BE AFRAID TO SHOUT OUT LOUD!
  Say to the cities, “HERE IS YOUR GOD!
  Here comes the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim with POWER, and His Arm will RULE for Him.
  HIS REWARD IS WITH HIM, and His RECOMPENSE is before Him!”
• I decree and declare you who find your STRENGTH in the Lord/ Adonai are HAPPY!
  In your heart are Pilgrim’s Highways.
  You pass through the Dry Valley and make it a PLACE of SPRINGS, and the EARLY RAIN clothes it with BLESSINGS!
• I decree and declare you GO from STRENGTH to STRENGTH and appear before God/ Elohim in Zion/ Tziyon.
  Lord/ Adonai, God of Armies, You hear and listen to our prayers!
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, HOW MUCH BETTER is one day in Your COURTYARDS than a thousand days elsewhere.
  Better just standing at the door of my God’s/ Elohim’s House than living in the tents of the wicked!
• I decree and declare the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim is a SUN and a SHIELD, He BESTOWS FAVOR and HONOR; HE WILL NOT WITHHOLD ANY GOOD from those whose Lives are PURE.
  HAPPY is anyone who TRUSTS in the Lord!
• I decree and declare the Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai has RAISED UP His Servants in government and across the Land! He has given His HELP to these WARRIORS, He has raised them up and CHOSEN them from His People.
• I decree and declare the Lord’s/ Adonai’s Hand will always be with His Chosen Servants, and His Arm will GIVE THEM STRENGTH.
  No enemy will outwit them, no wicked man will overcome them.
  He will CRUSH their FOES before them and STRIKE DOWN those who hate them.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai says, “My FAITHFULNESS and GRACE will be with My Chosen Servants; through My Name their POWER WILL GROW.
  I will put their Hands on the Seas and their Right Hands on the Rivers.
  They will CALL TO ME, ‘You are my Father, My God/ Elohim, the Rock of my SALVATION.’ “
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹⁴ “In righteousness you will be established; you will be far from oppression, for you will not fear; and from terror, for it will not come near you. ¹⁵ “If anyone fiercely assails you it will not be from Me. Whoever assails you will fall because of you. ¹⁶ “Behold, I Myself have created the smith who blows the fire of coals and brings out a weapon for its work; and I have created the destroyer to ruin. ¹⁷ “No weapon that is formed against you will prosper; and every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their vindication is from Me,” declares the Lord,” Isaiah 54:14-17.

“⁴ “Let every valley be lifted up, and every mountain and hill be made low; and let the rough ground become a plain, and the rugged terrain a broad valley; ⁵ Then the glory of the Lord will be revealed, and all flesh will see it together; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken.” ⁶ A voice says, “Call out.” Then he answered, “What shall I call out?” All flesh is grass, and all its loveliness is like the flower of the field. ⁷ The grass withers, the flower fades, when the breath of the Lord blows upon it; surely the people are grass. ⁸ The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever. ⁹ Get yourself up on a high mountain, O Zion, bearer of good news, lift up your voice mightily, O Jerusalem, bearer of good news; lift it up, do not fear. Say to the cities of Judah, “Here is your God!” ¹⁰ Behold, the Lord God will come with might, with His arm ruling for Him. Behold, His reward is with Him and His recompense before Him. ¹¹ Like a shepherd He will tend His flock, in His arm He will gather the lambs and carry them in His bosom; He will gently lead the nursing ewes,” Isaiah 40:4-11.

“⁵ How blessed is the man whose strength is in You, in whose heart are the highways to Zion! ⁶ Passing through the valley of Baca they make it a spring; the early rain also covers it with blessings. ⁷ They go from strength to strength, every one of them appears before God in Zion. ⁸ O Lord God of hosts, hear my prayer; give ear, O God of Jacob! Selah. ⁹ Behold our shield, O God, and look upon the face of Your anointed. ¹⁰ For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand outside. I would rather stand at the threshold of the house of my God Than dwell in the tents of wickedness. ¹¹ For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord gives grace and glory; no good thing does He withhold from those who walk uprightly. ¹² O Lord of hosts, how blessed is the man who trusts in You!” Psalm 84:5-12.

“¹⁹ Once You spoke in vision to Your godly ones, and said, “I have given help to one who is mighty; I have exalted one chosen from the people. ²⁰ “I have found David My servant; with My holy oil I have anointed him, ²¹ With whom My hand will be established; My arm also will strengthen him. ²² “The enemy will not deceive him, nor the son of wickedness afflict him. ²³ “But I shall crush his adversaries before him, and strike those who hate him. ²⁴ “My faithfulness and My lovingkindness will be with him, and in My name his horn will be exalted. ²⁵ “I shall also set his hand on the sea and his right hand on the rivers. ²⁶ “He will cry to Me, ‘You are my Father, My God, and the rock of my salvation.’ ²⁷ “I also shall make him My firstborn, the highest of the kings of the earth. ²⁸ “My lovingkindness I will keep for him forever, and My covenant shall be confirmed to him. ²⁹ “So I will establish his descendants forever and his throne as the days of heaven,” Psalm 89:19-29.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
