No plan that the LORD has set His mind to do, will fail.

No scheme that the enemy has concocted will succeed.

Satan would like to convince you that he is a mirrored opposite to God. He would like you to believe that they are equal powers locked in an eternal battle. He would like you to accept that the outcome is still uncertain and that anything could happen.

Allow me to put things in perspective. The devil is a liar. He is not an equal power in opposition to God. No one in existence could rise to the category of rival where He is concerned. Finally, it should be said that the outcome is certain. It is written in black and white and sealed in the blood of the Lamb.

Despite his aspirations and his lies, Satan amounts to nothing more than a “tackling dummy.” While his goals to kill, steal and destroy are very real, God is using his evil schemes to perfect His people. So Satan is the rebel that is preparing to make his last stand. He is a defeated foe who is doing all within his power to drag down as many others into the pits of hell as possible.

I repeat…

By the blood of Jesus the enemy has been put down in defeat. It is not Christ alone who is victorious. We too walk as victors. We are overcomers by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimonies. Leave the enemy in his rightful place… in defeat.
