No longer be a slave to fear
No longer be a slave to fear, My Beloved. Fear will tie you up in knots. Fear sets a trap for your feet. You feel as if there is no escape. You feel like a prisoner whose hands and feet are bound by chains. The spirit of fear drags you into a pit of despair.
I have not given you this spirit of fear, but of POWER, LOVE, and a SOUND MIND.
Within the precious heart of every born again Child of God dwells My Holy Spirit. Those chains of fear are an illusion. For I have set you free like a bird from the snare of the fowler. You are NOT bound any longer, Precious One.
You are as free as the eagle who soars above the storm. And so I have set you free, Dear One. Soar on the thermals of My Spirit. Soar above the storms. I have rescued you and seated you with Me, high above all principalities and powers and rulers of darkness. Let Me take you up in the Spirit.
Soar in the Light of the Son. Soar in My Glory. I have set the captives free. Whom the Son sets free is free indeed. As it is in heaven, so shall it be on earth as you believe. I declare your freedom this day.
You shall fly under the shadow of My Wings.
Thermals: A thermal is a column of rising air in the lower altitudes of Earth’s atmosphere. Thermals are created by the heating of Earth’s surface from solar radiation. The Sun warms the ground, which in turn warms the air directly above it. Thermals are one of the many sources of lift used by soaring birds and gliders to soar.
“I will say of the LORD, “My refuge and my fortress, My God, in whom I trust!” For it is He who delivers you from the snare of the trapper and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with His pinions, And under His wings you may seek refuge; His faithfulness is a shield and bulwark,” Psalm 91:2-4.
“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery,” Galatians 5:1.
“The Spirit of the Lord is on Me, because He has anointed Me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent Me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free,” Luke 4:18.
“So if the Son sets you free, you are free indeed,” John 8:36.
“but whenever a person turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit,” 2 Corinthians 3:16-18.
