I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare there is NO CONDEMNATION for YOU WHO ARE IN CHRIST JESUS/ MESSIAH YESHUA.
  God/ Elohim SENT HIS OWN SON in the likeness of sinful flesh and as a SIN OFFERING, He condemned sin in the flesh so that the REQUIREMENT OF THE LAW/ TORAH might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit/ Ruach.
• I decree and declare I LOVE CHRIST/ MESSIAH and do not live according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit/ Ruach — my mind is set on the things of the Spirit/ Ruach.
  The result of the mind set on the flesh is death, but a mind set on the Spirit/ Ruach is LIFE and PEACE/ SHALOM!
  The Spirit/ Ruach DWELLS in each one who LOVES Christ/ Messiah and is submitted to Him.
• I decree and declare I live by the Spirit/ Ruach and PUT TO DEATH THE DEEDS OF THE BODY, so I will live.
  All who are LED BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD/ RUACH ELOHIM, are the sons and daughters of God.
  For I did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall again into fear, rather, I received the Spirit of Adoption, by Whom I cry, “Abba! Father!”
• I decree and declare the Son of Man, Jesus Christ/ Yeshua the Messiah, did not come to be served, but to SERVE, and to give His LIFE AS A RANSOM FOR MANY!
  Within the Body of Believers, I will not be as the World, lording it over others, rather in my desire to be great among you, I CHOOSE TO BE YOUR SERVANT!
• I decree and declare, Lord/ Adonai, Your Arm is MIGHTY, Your Hand is STRONG, EXALTED IS YOUR RIGHT HAND!
  RIGHTEOUSNESS AND JUSTICE are the FOUNDATION of Your Throne!
  Lovingkindness and TRUTH go before You!
• I decree and declare BLESSED are those who know the JOYFUL SHOUT, they WALK IN THE LIGHT of Your PRESENCE, Lord/ Adonai!
  They REJOICE IN YOUR NAME all day, and by Your RIGHTEOUSNESS THEY ARE EXALTED!
• I decree and declare Lord God/ Adonai Elohim, YOU ARE THE GLORY of my Strength, and by Your FAVOR my horn is exalted.
  For my shield belongs to the Lord/ Adonai, and our King to the Holy One of Israel.
• I decree and declare Christ/ Messiah LOVED us and GAVE HIMSELF UP for us as an OFFERING and SACRIFICE to God/ Elohim for a fragrant aroma.
  I am an imitator of God/ Elohim and choose to WALK IN LOVE, just as Christ/ Messiah LOVED me.
• I decree and declare I will WALK AS A CHILD OF LIGHT, learning what is PLEASING TO THE LORD/ ADONAI.
  I will PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to how I WALK, not as the unwise people but as WISE.
  I make the most of my time because the days are evil.
  I am FILLED WITH THE SPIRIT/ RUACH, speaking to my brothers and sisters in Psalms, Hymns, and Spiritual Songs, Singing and making music in my heart to the Lord/ Adonai — ALWAYS GIVING THANKS for everything to God/ Elohim the Father, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua the Messiah.
• I decree and declare Christ/ Messiah appeared as the High Priest/ Kohen Gadol of the good things that have now come, passing through the greater and more perfect Tent not made with hands (that is to say not of this creation), He ENTERED INTO THE HOLY of HOLIES once for all — not by the blood of goats and calves buy BY HIS OWN BLOOD, having obtained ETERNAL REDEMPTION for all Mankind.
• I decree and declare the Blood of Christ/ Messiah — Who through the Eternal Spirit/ Ruach offered Himself without blemish to God — CLEANSES our conscience from dead works to SERVE the LIVING GOD/ ELOHIM.
  It is for this reason that He is the MEDIATOR of a NEW COVENANT, in order that those called may RECEIVE THE PROMISED ETERNAL INHERITANCE.
  Nearly everything is PURIFIED in BLOOD according to the Law/ Torah, and apart from the shedding of Blood there is no forgiveness.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. ² For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and of death. ³ For what the law couldn’t do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God did, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh; ⁴ that the ordinance of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. ⁵ For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. ⁶ For the mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace; ⁷ because the mind of the flesh is hostile toward God; for it is not subject to God’s law, neither indeed can it be. ⁸ Those who are in the flesh can’t please God. ⁹ But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if it is so that the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if any man doesn’t have the Spirit of Christ, he is not his. ¹⁰ If Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the spirit is alive because of righteousness. ¹¹ But if the Spirit of him who raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised up Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you.
¹² So then, brothers, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. ¹³ For if you live after the flesh, you must die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. ¹⁴ For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God. ¹⁵ For you didn’t receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!”” Romans 8:1-15.

“²³ He said to them, “You will indeed drink my cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with; but to sit on my right hand and on my left hand is not mine to give, but it is for whom it has been prepared by my Father.”
²⁴ When the ten heard it, they were indignant with the two brothers. ²⁵ But Jesus summoned them, and said, “You know that the rulers of the nations lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. ²⁶ It shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant. ²⁷ Whoever desires to be first among you shall be your bondservant, ²⁸ even as the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”” Matthew 20:23-28.

“¹³ You have a mighty arm. Your hand is strong, and your right hand is exalted.
¹⁴ Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne. Loving kindness and truth go before your face.
¹⁵ Blessed are the people who learn to acclaim you. They walk in the light of your presence, Yahweh.
¹⁶ In your name they rejoice all day. In your righteousness, they are exalted. ¹⁷ For you are the glory of their strength. In your favor, our horn will be exalted. ¹⁸ For our shield belongs to Yahweh, our king to the Holy One of Israel,” Psalm 89:13-18.

“Be therefore imitators of God, as beloved children. ² Walk in love, even as Christ also loved us and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling fragrance.
³ But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints; ⁴ nor filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not appropriate, but rather giving of thanks.
⁵ Know this for sure, that no sexually immoral person, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the Kingdom of Christ and God.
⁶ Let no one deceive you with empty words. For because of these things, the wrath of God comes on the children of disobedience. ⁷ Therefore don’t be partakers with them. ⁸ For you were once darkness, but are now light in the Lord. Walk as children of light, ⁹ for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth, ¹⁰ proving what is well pleasing to the Lord. ¹¹ Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them. ¹² For it is a shame even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret. ¹³ But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that reveals is light. ¹⁴ Therefore he says, “Awake, you who sleep, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.”
¹⁵ Therefore watch carefully how you walk, not as unwise, but as wise, ¹⁶ redeeming the time, because the days are evil. ¹⁷ Therefore don’t be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. ¹⁸ Don’t be drunken with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit, ¹⁹ speaking to one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs; singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; ²⁰ giving thanks always concerning all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, to God, even the Father,” Ephesians 5:1-20.

“¹¹ But Christ having come as a high priest of the coming good things, through the greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this creation, ¹² nor yet through the blood of goats and calves, but through his own blood, entered in once for all into the Holy Place, having obtained eternal redemption. ¹³ For if the blood of goats and bulls, and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling those who have been defiled, sanctify to the cleanness of the flesh, ¹⁴ how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without defect to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? ¹⁵ For this reason he is the mediator of a new covenant, since a death has occurred for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first covenant, that those who have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance. ¹⁶ For where a last will and testament is, there must of necessity be the death of him who made it. ¹⁷ For a will is in force where there has been death, for it is never in force while he who made it lives. ¹⁸ Therefore even the first covenant has not been dedicated without blood. ¹⁹ For when every commandment had been spoken by Moses to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of the calves and the goats, with water and scarlet wool and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book itself and all the people, ²⁰ saying, “This is the blood of the covenant which God has commanded you.”
²¹ Moreover he sprinkled the tabernacle and all the vessels of the ministry in the same way with the blood. ²² According to the law, nearly everything is cleansed with blood, and apart from shedding of blood there is no remission,” Hebrews 9:11-22.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
