Never Forget Where You Came From!
Those of us who are up in age, “WE” must remember where we came from.
No matter how mature we get in God, we will never get to a place where we won’t need Him.
Christians can never arrive to a place of perfection of our flesh. Perfection is an illusion devised by the devil.
The enemy of our soul delivers tainted words that are twisted from God’s word.
This plot and scheme is used by the enemy very well as he has had many people to practice on throughout time.
When being used by religious spirits, often people don’t realize they are susceptible to the devil’s twisted words.
There are churches that are full of these type of spirits and they are faithful to that church building.
“Just because it looks like a duck, quacks like duck, doesn’t mean it’s a duck, it’s a decoy.”
If perfection was attainable in this flesh we wouldn’t need the Holy Spirit, the Bible or each other.
We never graduate from our need to be with the LORD in intimacy through prayer and worship.
We must all continue to seek, hear, and depend on the Holy Spirit being led and taught by Him.
Religious spirits through hypocrisy seek to weigh us down. As I intercede, I see great condemnation and guilt being put on believers, and especially those who are new in the Kingdom or those who haven’t understood God’s grace.
To those of us who have gotten caught up in religion and hypocrisy; once we seek deliverance, and once we are free from this menace, may we never forget where we came from.
May we never forget to reach out to people where they are, not where we think they should be.
Beloved, may we continually encourage the people of God by building up the body of Christ.
I am seeing many who are suffering in silence, afraid to even mention what is wrong because they are afraid what people think.
There is a lot of wrong teaching in the body of Christ. We must be balanced and diligent in asking the Holy Spirit to lead and guide us into all truth.
Because of religion, people will put a mask on to hide the real issues at hand.
I know of some people, in such dire conditions that desperately need help from the true church.
Why are we distancing ourselves from those who are viable, who are seeking help?
Beloved, if we are doing this we need to test our own hearts and see if the love of the truth is in us.
We get so caught up with the methods, forms, and feelings, and forget the real message.
We can jump, shout, and act holy among one another, but when does the task of acting like church, replace being the church?
Christianity is not religion. Christianity is a relationship with Christ.
Religion is a return to bondage. Religion depends on pumping and hyping up the message they preach.
The deception is found in performance; by keeping all the rules and regulations. The Spirit of religion is rampant among so called spirit filled churches.
We must ask ourselves; what spirit is filling that church?
Religion will scoff at those who don’t measure up to their standards. They want you to conform to their image with their decrees and laws in addition to the Bible.
Just watch what they will do when you start making your own decisions and choices. The religious spirit will begin the intimidation, control, and manipulation antics and you find yourself sliding down their slippery slope.
The hard part was you thought they really cared about you. Now your eyes are open and you see that your mind was manipulated so much that it wasn’t yours anymore.
We must take back everything Satan has stolen from us!
Once our eyes are open, these spirits will begin to judge us publicly. Instead of the wild praise and flattery they gave at first, now you are not good enough for their group, they call you not of God and label you.
I know it may hurt right now, but when your eyes are opened to the error they are under, you will rejoice and be glad that God rescued you!
You will have graduated from Religion 101. On the job training is the greatest way of learning by the Master’s hand. That lesson has lasted many years.
Beloved I heard from a friend, that a precious soul was crying out for help, and the man died because the ones that knew the condition he was in failed to intervene.
Yes, religion is a killer in many forms and avenues. It brings with it a return to bondage.
As we grow in the grace of God, we begin to see how God reveals and uncovers the schemes of darkness; revealing what religion demands of us.
So when we finally see clearly, their rejection of us is our own fault! So when that needy person died, the religious say it is the judgment of God on them and their own fault. How would Christ see this scenario?
A religious spirit is at work when it causes us to judge others that don’t live up to our standards set forth.
Once this happens and you see it for what it is, this spirit will become very impatient and agitated.
Religious spirits can not handle anything that is not perfectly aligned with them.
In these movements and churches, NO one will intervene with those who are struggling with these demonic symptoms.
There is a foggy haze of emotions and feelings that something is off base; yet it isn’t clear.
These religious spirits will never accept blame for any of their behaviors and decisions.
They use mirroring techniques. Their judgement decree on you, with their pride and haughtiness is blamed because, they say, “You don’t have enough faith and you don’t have what it takes to be in our group.”
If this has happened to you, please RUN, RUN, RUN! From that place.
Get out because it won’t get any better. If the sin is on the leadership beloved, it will get on the flock. Find a healthy ministry that is based on God’s grace and mercy.
This will be a good step forward to finding good emotional, and spiritual health.
Jesus came to set the captive free! The same way you received Christ Jesus by faith, now walk on with Him! Amen?
“I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.
But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ,” Galations 1:6-10 KJV.
“For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ. As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the LORD, so walk ye in him: Rooted and built up in him, and established in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving. Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily,” Colossians 2:5-9 KJV.
