I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare Jerusalem/ Yerushalayim, Chosen of the Lord/ Adonai, “ARISE, SHINE, for your LIGHT has come!
  The GLORY of the Lord/ Adonai has RISEN on you!
  For behold, darkness covers the Earth, and deep darkness the Peoples, but the Lord/ Adonai will arise upon you, and His GLORY will APPEAR OVER YOU!
• I decree and declare Nations will COME to your LIGHT, Kings to the BRILLIANCE of your RISING!
  Lift up your Eyes and LOOK all around: they all gather — THEY COME TO YOU — your sons will come from far away, your daughters carried on the hip!
• I decree and declare you will SEE and be RADIANT, and your Heart with throb and swell with JOY!
  For the ABUNDANCE of the Sea will be turned over to you.
  The WEALTH of the Nations will Come to you.
  Caravans of camels will come to you; they will bring GOLD and FRANKINCENSE, and PROCLAIM the PRAISES of the Lord/ Adonai!
• I decree and declare in His FAVOR, the Lord/ Adonai says, “I will show you MERCY!”
• I decree and declare the Nation and the Kingdom that will not SERVE you will perish — those Nations will be UTTERLY RUINED!
  The GLORY of Lebanon is coming to you — Cypress, Elm and Pine together — to BEAUTIFY the Place of the Lord’s/ Adonai’s SANCTUARY.
• I decree and declare the sons of those who afflicted you will come BOWING to you, and all those who despised you will FALL at the soles of your feet.
  They will CALL YOU the City of the Lord/ Adonai, Zion/ Tziyon of the Holy One of Israel.
  The Lord/ Adonai says, “I will make you an ETERNAL PRIDE, JOY from Generation to Generation!”
• I decree and declare no more will your sun set, nor will your moon wane, for the Lord/ Adonai is your EVERLASTING LIGHT, as the days of your mourning end.
  Then your People will all be RIGHTEOUS; they will POSSESS the Land FOREVER — the Branch of His planting, the Work of His Hands — that He may be GLORIFIED!
• I decree and declare I am the SALT of the Earth, a PURIFIER and CLEANSING of the Environment — all the places I set my feet, I take possession of for the Lord/ Adonai.
  The He has given me INFLUENCE over my City, Region and Country.
  I thank the Lord/ Adonai for His Word and TRUTH placed within me to TOUCH the World.
• I decree and declare I am the LIGHT of the World.
  My LIGHT cannot be hidden, it is EXPOSED to give LIGHT to all my surroundings.
  I will let my LIGHT SHINE before men so they will see my good works and GLORY my Father/ Abba in Heaven.
• I decree and declare Christ/ Messiah did not come to abolish the Law/ Torah or the Prophets, but rather to FULFILL it.
  Until Heaven and Earth pass away not the smallest letter or serif shall ever pass away from the Law/ Torah until ALL THINGS COME TO PASS.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

…….. ¹⁰ “Foreigners will build up your walls, and their kings will minister to you; for in My wrath I struck you, and in My favor I have had compassion on you.¹¹ “Your gates will be open continually; they will not be closed day or night, so that men may bring to you the wealth of the nations, with their kings led in procession.¹² “For the nation and the kingdom which will not serve you will perish, and the nations will be utterly ruined.¹³ “The glory of Lebanon will come to you, the juniper, the box tree and the cypress together, to beautify the place of My sanctuary; and I shall make the place of My feet glorious.¹⁴ “The sons of those who afflicted you will come bowing to you, and all those who despised you will bow themselves at the soles of your feet; and they will call you the city of the Lord, the Zion of the Holy One of Israel.
¹⁵ “Whereas you have been forsaken and hated with no one passing through,I will make you an everlasting pride, a joy from generation to generation.¹⁶ “You will also suck the milk of nations and suck the breast of kings; then you will know that I, the Lord, am your Savior and your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.¹⁷ “Instead of bronze I will bring gold, and instead of iron I will bring silver, and instead of wood, bronze, and instead of stones, iron.And I will make peace your administrators and righteousness your overseers.¹⁸ “Violence will not be heard again in your land, nor devastation or destruction within your borders; but you will call your walls salvation, and your gates praise.¹⁹ “No longer will you have the sun for light by day, nor for brightness will the moon give you light; but you will have the Lord for an everlasting light, and your God for your glory.²⁰ “Your sun will no longer set, nor will your moon wane; for you will have the Lord for an everlasting light, and the days of your mourning will be over.²¹ “Then all your people will be righteous; they will possess the land forever, the branch of My planting, the work of My hands, that I may be glorified.²² “The smallest one will become a clan, and the least one a mighty nation.I, the Lord, will hasten it in its time,” Isaiah 60:1-6,10-22.

“¹³ “You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt has become tasteless, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled under foot by men.
¹⁴ “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden;¹⁵ nor does any one light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house.¹⁶ Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.
¹⁷ “Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill.¹⁸ For truly I say to you,until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass from the Law until all is accomplished.¹⁹ Whoever then annuls one of the least of these commandments, and teaches others to do the same, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever keeps and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven,” Matthew 5:13-19.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
