I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare FAITH is the SUBSTANCE of things HOPED for, the EVIDENCE of REALITIES not seen.
  The UNIVERSE was CREATED by the Word of God, so that what is SEEN did not come from anything visible.
• I decree and declare I will OBEY as I am CALLED to GO OUT to a place I do not know, to a place where the Spirit/ Ruach LEADS.
  By FAITH I will MIGRATE to the Land of Promise, Living in TRANSITION, WAITING for the City that has FOUNDATIONS, whose Architect and Builder is God.
• I decree and declare the One, Almighty God/ El Shaddai, Who has PROMISED my future and ABUNDANCE in His Spirit/ Ruach is FAITHFUL!
  Though I may die without the PROMISES coming to fruition, yet I SEE them and WELCOME them from afar, and I confess that I am a STRANGER and SOJOURNER on this Earth!
• I decree and declare my Heart will not fail because of the enemy.
  Though the enemy is great in number or tall in stature, they are NO MATCH for the Great I AM/ Yud-Heh-Vav-Heh.
  God Almighty/ El Shaddai is my STRENGTH; He will not fail me.
• I decree and declare I will not accept the methods and trappings of the World to achieve God’s/ Elohim’s VICTORY and PURPOSE.
  I TOSS ASIDE that which does not originate with my Lord/ Adonai and Savior, Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
• I decree and declare I WILL STAND FIRM and CONFIDENT in the LORD!
  The enemy’s words of intimidation will not sway me.
  As David said to Goliath, “You are coming to me with a sword, a spear and a javelin, but I AM COMING TO YOU IN THE NAME OF THE LORD OF HOSTS/ ADONAI-TZVA’OT, God of the Armies of Israel, who you have defied!
  All the Earth will know that there is a God in Israel, and so all this assembly will know that the Lord/ Adonai delivers not with sword and spear — for the BATTLE BELONGS TO THE LORD/ ADONAI – and He will give you into our hands.”
• I decree and declare I will not pull back from the enemy, but rather I will run forward to meet him with CONFIDENCE.
  I WILL PREVAIL over the enemy!
• I decree and declare that I will walk in OBEDIENCE to all that the Lord/ Adonai COMMANDS me; I will walk in ALL HIS WAYS and cling to Him — then the Lord/ Adonai will DRIVE OUT all the enemies from before us and we will DISPOSSESS Peoples greater than ourselves.
• I decree and declare EVERY PLACE where the SOLES of our FEET TREAD will be ours.
  NO ONE will be able to STAND AGAINST US — the Lord my God/ Adonai Elohai will put the FEAR and DREAD of us upon all the land where we tread, JUST AS HE HAS PROMISED US.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. ² For by it the men of old gained approval.
³ By faith we understand that the worlds were prepared by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things which are visible……..
………. ⁸ By faith Abraham, when he was called, obeyed by going out to a place which he was to receive for an inheritance; and he went out, not knowing where he was going. ⁹ By faith he lived as an alien in the land of promise, as in a foreign land, dwelling in tents with Isaac and Jacob, fellow heirs of the same promise; ¹⁰ for he was looking for the city which has foundations, whose architect and builder is God. ¹¹ By faith even Sarah herself received ability to conceive, even beyond the proper time of life, since she considered Him faithful who had promised. ¹² Therefore there was born even of one man, and him as good as dead at that, as many descendants as the stars of heaven in number, and innumerable as the sand which is by the seashore.
¹³ All these died in faith, without receiving the promises, but having seen them and having welcomed them from a distance, and having confessed that they were strangers and exiles on the earth. ¹⁴ For those who say such things make it clear that they are seeking a country of their own.¹⁵ And indeed if they had been thinking of that country from which they went out, they would have had opportunity to return. ¹⁶ But as it is, they desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God; for He has prepared a city for them,” Hebrews 11:1-3, 8-16.

“³² David said to Saul, “Let no man’s heart fail on account of him; your servant will go and fight with this Philistine.” ³³ Then Saul said to David, “You are not able to go against this Philistine to fight with him; for you are but a youth while he has been a warrior from his youth.” ³⁴ But David said to Saul, “Your servant was tending his father’s sheep. When a lion or a bear came and took a lamb from the flock, ³⁵ I went out after him and attacked him, and rescued it from his mouth; and when he rose up against me, I seized him by his beard and struck him and killed him. ³⁶ Your servant has killed both the lion and the bear; and this uncircumcised Philistine will be like one of them, since he has taunted the armies of the living God.” ³⁷ And David said, “The Lord who delivered me from the paw of the lion and from the paw of the bear, He will deliver me from the hand of this Philistine.” And Saul said to David, “Go, and may the Lord be with you.” ³⁸ Then Saul clothed David with his garments and put a bronze helmet on his head, and he clothed him with armor. ³⁹ David girded his sword over his armor and tried to walk, for he had not tested them. So David said to Saul, “I cannot go with these, for I have not tested them.” And David took them off. ⁴⁰ He took his stick in his hand and chose for himself five smooth stones from the brook, and put them in the shepherd’s bag which he had, even in his pouch, and his sling was in his hand; and he approached the Philistine.
⁴¹ Then the Philistine came on and approached David, with the shield-bearer in front of him. ⁴² When the Philistine looked and saw David, he disdained him; for he was but a youth, and ruddy, with a handsome appearance. ⁴³ The Philistine said to David, “Am I a dog, that you come to me with sticks?” And the Philistine cursed David by his gods. ⁴⁴ The Philistine also said to David, “Come to me, and I will give your flesh to the birds of the sky and the beasts of the field.” ⁴⁵ Then David said to the Philistine, “You come to me with a sword, a spear, and a javelin, but I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have taunted. ⁴⁶ This day the Lord will deliver you up into my hands, and I will strike you down and remove your head from you. And I will give the dead bodies of the army of the Philistines this day to the birds of the sky and the wild beasts of the earth, that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel, ⁴⁷ and that all this assembly may know that the Lord does not deliver by sword or by spear; for the battle is the Lord’s and He will give you into our hands.”
⁴⁸ Then it happened when the Philistine rose and came and drew near to meet David, that David ran quickly toward the battle line to meet the Philistine. ⁴⁹ And David put his hand into his bag and took from it a stone and slung it, and struck the Philistine on his forehead. And the stone sank into his forehead, so that he fell on his face to the ground.
⁵⁰ Thus David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and a stone, and he struck the Philistine and killed him; but there was no sword in David’s hand. ⁵¹ Then David ran and stood over the Philistine and took his sword and drew it out of its sheath and killed him, and cut off his head with it. When the Philistines saw that their champion was dead, they fled,” 1 Samuel 17:32-51.

“²² For if you are careful to keep all this commandment which I am commanding you to do, to love the Lord your God, to walk in all His ways and hold fast to Him, ²³ then the Lord will drive out all these nations from before you, and you will dispossess nations greater and mightier than you. ²⁴ Every place on which the sole of your foot treads shall be yours; your border will be from the wilderness to Lebanon, and from the river, the river Euphrates, as far as the western sea. ²⁵ No man will be able to stand before you; the Lord your God will lay the dread of you and the fear of you on all the land on which you set foot, as He has spoken to you,” Deuteronomy 11:22-25.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
