My Wonderful LORD — Is He not?
Good morning.
Do you ever think back to the many people God has used in your life, to get you where you are today?
I do. It goes without saying, we shouldn’t live in the past.
Still we can certainly ‘reflect’ at times.
As you play this song, I will tell you just one such story that is a memory of mine. My sister, probably remembers him, also.
When I was a child, we had a old saint of God who used to come by our small Baptist Church at various times.
This is the same Church where I first gave my heart to Jesus at 8 years old.
He would sing this song. Also he would testify and maybe preach. His name was Paul Bias.
This man was in his 80’s, or maybe even 90 years old.
I can still see the love and sincerity of The LORD on his face, after all these years!
As a child I didn’t understand, but now I know that it was the anointing on him.
Do you think God don’t use people to impact and deeply touch us, wherever we are in life?
This scripture just came to me to share here.
“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” Philippians 4:8.
Some of us have excruciatingly painful memories in our lives.
Hardly any of us don’t get by without some heavy wounds and scars throughout a lifetime of living.
Still we need to let the balm of Gilead be applied to heal us.
Our LORD can so gently come in as we surrender and give us solace from our pain.
Yes, Jesus can heal those wounds!
We just need sit in His presence, and let The Holy Spirit work.
Surrender and open your heart.
Let’s openly, unashamedly Adore and love our LORD and Savior on this side also.
It’s surely not just about one day when we get home!
Still, for the truly born again, this endurance race will all be over one day.
Let us run it well.
“Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.” 1 Corinthians 9:24.
God bless you all.
Lyrics written by Haldor Lillenas. (I saw where he died in 1926 but wrote a lot of songs.)
My Wonderful LORD
I have found a deep peace that I never had known
And a joy this world could not afford
Since I yielded control of my body and soul
To my wonderful wonderful Lord
My wonderful Lord my wonderful Lord
By angels and seraphs in heaven adored
I bow at Thy shrine my Savior divine
My wonderful wonderful Lord
All the talents I have I have laid at Thy feet
Thy approval shall be my reward
Be my store great or small I surrender it all
To my wonderful wonderful Lord
My wonderful Lord my wonderful Lord
By angels and seraphs in heaven adored
I bow at Thy shrine my Savior divine
My wonderful wonderful Lord

Many saints/people have contributed immensely to where I am today & I pray God’s blessings on them.
Just 2 days ago, The All knowledgeable, invisible wise & wonderful God sent a prophetic words through His vessel BEV to me on HKP that touched God’s promises; trials, challenges, & sometime my holding on to some tiny piece of something & not let go that denies me of God’ greater purposes. My humble response was “Lord, I surrender all to you” . Help me Lord to let go of anything that would rob me of your greater Glory. Yes, JESUS knows all about our hurts/struggles(everything). This is why we must let go & surrender all to the Balm of Gilead(JESUS), or else, we will be missing a lot from Him. HE is just too mighty & wonderful ! Mama, your article confirmed it all. Thanks & God bless you, your family & ministry.
Thank you much Adams!
I read the Word from our dear Bev to you.
She is so spot on as you know. You are a blessing to many of us with your love of our Lord on this site!
Keep on walking and gaining ground I am hearing the Spirit of the Lord say. Blessings and prayers.
You first saw the vision & now she confirmed it without been hinted by you. God loves me so much! I say Amen & Amen to your prophetic words released on me again. Prayer is a communication medium & a weapon that i use every day. May God bless you, your family & ministry beyond your human comprehension. Mama, Thanks for your kind response.
