My Sweet Savior, Jesus
A Psalm to pray and praise God with, out loud.
My Sweet Savior, Jesus
Took a wrong turn in life
Walked so far astray
Fell down a dark abyss
Where I thought I saw no light
Felt so abandoned
Who could ever want me?
So broken up inside
How could I be the way I was before?
Cried every night
Till there was nothing left to cry
But He was there all along
His hand upon my life
And along came a light
And His Name was Jesus
My sweet Savior, Jesus!
He gathered me from the pasture
And took me home
In his sweet, loving embrace
I am no longer alone
No longer in the dark
No longer abandoned
Now I only cry tears of joy
To Him who put me back together
Even better than before
He gave me a light inside
And saved my life
And His Name is Jesus
My sweet Savior, Jesus!
He is the way, the truth and the life
In Him my salvation lies
Within me a mighty work is being done
Oh I’ll never be the same
For I am His, and He is mine
I am His precious lamb
He is my LORD and KING
His Blood courses through me
His Living Water refreshes me
He gave me a light inside
And saved my life
And His Name is Jesus
My sweet Savior, Jesus!
“What do you think? If a man owns a hundred sheep, and one of them wanders away, will he not leave the ninety-nine on the hills and go to look for the one that wandered off? And if he finds it, truly I tell you, he is happier about that one sheep than about the ninety-nine that did not wander off. In the same way your Father in heaven is not willing that any of these little ones should perish.” Matthew 18:12-14.
“Jesus answered, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”” John 4:13-14.
“Jesus answered, “I AM the Way and the Truth and the Life. No one comes to The Father except through Me.”“ John 14:6.

“Let everything that has breath praise The LORD.” Psalm 150:6.
This is beautiful!!! All praise to Jesus our savior! My own testimony is very similar. Though none could ever be exactly the same!! I love your writing!
I love this!!!
