As the wind blows and you know not where it came from and where it is going, so it is with My Spirit.

My Refreshing Winds are blowing, Beloved. My Breath is in you and My Spirit dwells in your heart. Though darkness may be threatening to overwhelm you, Holy Spirit is hovering over you.

In My Breath is Light and Life and Power. Obstacles are moving, the enemy is retreating. He flees at My Presence. Even now as you wait upon Me, I AM sweeping aside all the enemy’s plans against you.

You shall walk through this circumstance unscathed. For I have declared that the dead shall live, the lame shall walk, the blind shall see, the poor shall become the blessed.

I AM He who makes the clouds My chariot and walks upon the wings of the Wind.

I AM He who rides across the heavens to help you. Is there anything too hard for Me, My Love?

When you don’t know what to pray, pray in the Spirit. Prophecy, My Child, and say to those things that be not as though they were. Speak and say “LIVE” in My Name. I AM breathing NEW LIFE into you and those things to which you prophecy to.

Life shall issue forth from your lips. Breathe, O Breath, on these slain so that they may live.

Ruach Ha-Kodesh – Holy Spirit; Holy Ghost; Spirit of the Holy One, “Air in motion, wind, breath, life.”

“Then He said to me, “Prophesy to the Breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD, “Come from the four winds, O Breath, and breathe on these slain, that they come to life,” Ezekiel 37:9.

“He lays the beams of His upper chambers in the waters; He makes the clouds His chariot; He walks upon the wings of the wind,” Psalm 104:3.

“There is none like the God of Israel, Who rides the heavens to your help, and through the skies in His majesty,” Deuteronomy 33:26.

“That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit,” John 3:6-8.

“And suddenly there came from heaven a noise like a mighty rushing wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting,” Acts 2:2.

“But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in My name, He shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you,” John 14:26.

“Likewise the Spirit also helps our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered,” Romans 8:26.

“as it is written, “I have made you the father of many nations” — in the presence of the God in whom he believed, Who gives life to the dead and calls into existence the things that do not exist,” Romans 4:17.
