My Precious Serenity
A psalm to praise and sing to God, out loud.
My Precious Serenity
Oh Jesus, Your Name is written on my heart
Your Name is forever on my lips
And I have eyes only for You…
Oh let me rest my head on Your Shoulder
And be my precious serenity
I will never leave You
Oh Jesus, spread Your Protection over me
Your Blood covers and hides me
And I sing nothing but praises to You…
Oh place me under the Wings of our Father
And be my precious serenity
I will never leave You
Oh Jesus, oh Jesus
Oh my precious serenity
Oh Jesus, You fill my heart with peace
Just like You said You would,
“Peace I leave with you.
My Peace I give you.”
Peace that overcomes the world
Peace that surpasses all understanding…
I will never leave You
Oh Jesus, at night under the stars I sleep like a babe
Because You, the Prince of Peace, keep watch over me
Oh by the still waters converse with me…
And be my precious serenity
I will never leave You
Oh Jesus, oh Jesus
Oh my precious serenity
Oh Jesus, oh Jesus
Oh my precious serenity
You deflect the fiery darts
You bind up and heal my wounds
You replace the ashes for beauty
And fill me with Eternal Peace
Your Rod and Staff, they comfort me
You anoint my head with oil,
My cup overflows
I’m drifting past the clouds
Beyond here and now—and tomorrow
Beyond time and space
I’m sitting with You in heavenly places
At the Father’s Right Hand
Oh Jesus, oh Jesus
Oh my precious, precious serenity
Oh Jesus, Your Name is written on my heart
Your Name is forever on my lips
And I have eyes only for You…
Oh Jesus, oh Jesus
Oh my precious, precious serenity…
“Praise the Lord! For it is good to sing praises to our God; for it is pleasant, and a song of praise is fitting. The Lord builds up Jerusalem; he gathers the outcasts of Israel. He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. He determines the number of the stars; he gives to all of them their names. Great is our Lord, and abundant in power; his understanding is beyond measure…” Psalm 127:1-20
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.” John 14:27
“You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.” Isaiah 26:3
“And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7
“Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in every way. The Lord be with you all.” 2 Thessalonians 3:16
“To grant to those who mourn in Zion— to give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit; that they may be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he may be glorified.” Isaiah 61:3
“If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.” Colossians 3:1
“Through him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name.” Hebrews 13:15
“Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.” Psalm 19:14

Gabrielle Fuehrer came to The LORD in Spring 2020 and soon began receiving inspiration from The Holy Spirit in the form of Poems (Psalms), meant to praise, glorify and worship our Lord Jesus Christ and uplift the Body of Christ. A preschool teacher, surrounded by the blessings and love of the little ones she teaches, Gabrielle also runs the website, “Imagine a Love Like That“.
“Let everything that has breath praise The LORD.” Psalm 150:6.
Dear Gabrielle Fuehrer: Thank you for your beautiful My Precious Serenity. I am alone and I love serenity. Carol Morrow
Dear Carol,
You are very welcome!
He is not far from each one of us. For in Him we live and move and have our being. Acts 17:27-28
God bless you dear sister!
Gabrielle
This is lovely and very comforting, thank you Gabrielle. Thank You Jesus, our serenity!
Dear Sherry,
You are welcome!
But let all who take refuge in you be glad; let them ever sing for joy. Spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may rejoice in you. For surely, Oh LORD, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield. Psalm 5:11-12
God bless you and keep you in His Serenity!
