My Life Is His
A psalm to praise and sing to God, out loud.
My Life Is His
I belong to The LORD
Bought with a price
I belong to The LORD
The Living Stone rejected by man
Every step I make
Every breath I take
Belongs to Him
My life is His
If I live, I live to The LORD!
If I die, I die to The LORD!
Living or dying,
I belong to The LORD!
My life is His
I belong to The LORD
Part of a chosen people
A Holy Priesthood
A Holy Nation
GOD’s special possession
So I shall declare praises unto Him
Who has brought me from dark to Light
My life is His
I hear Him declare:
“See, I lay a stone in Zion, a chosen and precious cornerstone, and the one who trusts in him will never be put to shame.”
My LORD, I rejoice in following your statutes
As one rejoices in great riches!
If I live, I live to The LORD!
If I die, I die to The LORD!
Living or dying,
I belong to The LORD!
My life is His
I belong to The LORD
My life is His
Once I was not of His People
But now I am the people of GOD;
I belong to The LORD
My life is His
Once I had not received mercy,
But now I have received mercy.
My life is His
If I live, I live to The LORD!
If I die, I die to The LORD!
Living or dying,
I belong to The LORD!
My life is His
For “you were like sheep going astray,”
But now you have returned
To the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls
How excellent is Thy Lovingkindness, O GOD!
I put my trust under the shadow of Thy Wings
If I live, I live to The LORD!
If I die, I die to The LORD!
Living or dying,
I belong to The LORD!
My life is His
I belong to The LORD
Bought with a price
I belong to The LORD
The Living Stone rejected by man
Every step I make
Every breath I take
Belongs to Him
My life is His
If I live, I live to The LORD!
If I die, I die to The LORD!
Living or dying,
I belong to The LORD!
My life is His
Oh living or dying,
I belong to my LORD
Forever I am a part of the Cornerstone of His Heart!
Oh I belong to The LORD
My life is His!
“I rejoice in following your statutes as one rejoices in great riches.” Psalm 119:14
“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.” 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
As you come to him, the living Stone—rejected by humans but chosen by God and precious to him— you also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. For in Scripture it says:
“See, I lay a stone in Zion, a chosen and precious cornerstone, and the one who trusts in him will never be put to shame.”
Now to you who believe, this stone is precious. But to those who do not believe, “The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone,” and, “A stone that causes people to stumble and a rock that makes them fall.”
They stumble because they disobey the message — which is also what they were destined for. But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. Once you were not a people, but now you are the people of God; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy….
…. For “you were like sheep going astray,” but now you have returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls.” 1 Peter 2:4-10,25.
“How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings.” Psalm 36:7 KJV.
“But now, this is what The LORD says— he who created you, Jacob, he who formed you, Israel: “Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.” ” Isaiah 43:1-2
“For if we live, we live to The LORD, and if we die, we die to The LORD. So then, whether we live or whether we die, we are The LORD’s.” Romans 14:8.

“Let everything that has breath praise The LORD.” Psalm 150:6.
