“I have given to every man a measure of faith to operate in his calling, Romans 12:3. I have gifted individuals and placed them in the body to strengthen and build My kingdom on earth.

The apostle is gifted to break new territory and place gifted men and women to build on a foundation, 1 Corinthians 3:10-11. This is a full plate for the apostle.

An insecure apostle will not release the new territory for others to build on, but will micromanage instead of trust. There is no anointing for micromanaging and therefore frustration will begin to spoil what is on his already running over plate.

Those who have gifts and are micromanaged become discouraged because what My Spirit has placed in their heart is annulled by the untrusting apostle. Eventually the gifted ones that I send, leave in search for a place to freely flow in their gift, because the hope of using their gift is continually deferred, Proverbs 13:12.

The apostle then becomes both discouraged and defensive. Every area in all My creation is different, until religion creeps in and makes everything the same, so man can can control it.

My church will never be built, owned or controlled by any human. If you can predict what is going to happen with any accuracy, it’s man controlled. Eventually I will complete My church and the gates of hell will not prevail against it. All other man controlled churches will be overthrown in the end times by hell.

You have a cute saying, “Let go, and let God”, but it’s actually so profound that unless every church leader adopts it as their practice, hell will prevail.

No one will have more than a full plate if they, “Let Go and let God use others, to build on the foundation that I have laid”, and that’s the church that I AM building.”

“For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith,” Romans 12:3.

“According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise master builder I have laid the foundation, and another builds on it. But let each one take heed how he builds on it. For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ,” 1 Corinthians 3:10-11.

“Hope deferred makes the heart sick,
But when the desire comes, it is a tree of life,” Proverbs 13:12.

Jim Hammerle (1941-2017) began ministry working with David Wilkerson and Nicky Cruz, founding Teen Challenge Philadelphia. 6 times in the mission field pastoring a mission ship, 15 years with tv and radio, teaching, and preaching.  As a retired businessman, Jim helped to feed widows and orphans in Uganda, helping Muslims find the Jesus who fed them. He became His banker and was privileged to give His money away, wherever He decided, so he also helping to build an orphanage in Haiti and investing in lives in the USA. Totally in love with his Lord, at age 73 he served in ministry at Victory Christian Church and lived every hour listening for his Heavenly Father’s voice.  Jim passed away on May 23, 2017 to be with the LORD.
