In The last few weeks, I have been considering the beautiful mists on my early morning walks.

I felt an urgent desire to paint a misty dawn and a castle. Yet, for the first time in painting, I felt a need to go slowly and carefully, as though each brush stroke could destroy the sense of serenity he desires to release.

I had to resist putting any creatures in it, as I now realize He was wanting to express the bare bones of what the castle is — you and I, beloved!

I did however put in a Tree, and realize this is a mighty Oak of Righteousness, and The LORD wants to remind us of Isaiah 61.

I know that everything God does will endure forever; nothing can be added to it and nothing taken from it. God does it so that men will revere him.

“Whatever is has already been, and what will be has been before; and God will call the past to account.” Ecclesiastes 3:15

I believe the care taken with each stroke is the slowing down and wisdom The LORD has installed in those who have, and still are yielding to God’s time and purpose.

So long we have spoken of the promises that are imminent, yet many have had moments of frustration, anger, unbelief and even hopelessness.

In this time of unseeing, God reminds us He has hidden us in the mists. Many have spoken of the year 2023 as symbolic of Psalm 23 — a resting time, a reminder to us that His Rod and His Staff comforts us in every trial.

Many are aware that he is drawing us back to basics, a stripping down, to remember that He is The Light in our darkness; He is to be our hearts desire above all promises, as Jesus IS the Dawn of promise — The Bright and Morning Star.

So we have the Prophetic Word made more sure, to which you do well to pay attention, as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and The Morning Star arises in your hearts. (2 Peter 1:19)

As we enter the Autumn and Hebrew year of 5784 ( 4-dalet- open doors), we are being prepared for Psalm 24 that I strongly sense will begin to manifest in 2024.

We need to be filled with God, to witness the opening of the ancient gates (as a drawbridge in a castle) for The Glory of The King to come in, to be able to bless out for The Kingdom Harvest of Souls.

We have to desire to mirror Jesus more and more, where the still waters of Psalm 23 says He lays us down to restore our souls.

The Scripture below is what a brother sensed looking at this painting.

“But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of The LORD, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of The LORD.” 2 Corinthians 3:18

The LORD has been teaching us to have mastery over ourselves and rely on Him Alone. God’s Eye is on us as a magnifying glass that reveals every lofty plan. He simply asks us to Praise and Worship as we yield to Him.

“I love you, God — you make me strong. God is bedrock under my feet, the castle in which I live, my rescuing knight. My God —- the high crag where I run for dear life, hiding behind the boulders, safe in the granite hideout. I sing to God, the Praise — Lofty, and find myself safe and saved.” Psalm 18:1-3

“Whoever has no rule over his own spirit is like a city broken down, without walls.” Proverbs 25:28

On 3rd September, The LORD appeared in my minds-eye as I awoke, in a turquoise Robe and said, “I want you to shine like never before!”

I said, “Yes! But I can only shine through Your help.”

He said, “Tell those who truly know Me, they need to be open to a filling few weeks!”

I believe there is a heavenly filling station prepared that we have not witnessed before. However, He did say to, “Be open to all I want to pour in!”

I ask that you take this to The LORD, as to what this means for you, beloved.

Turquoise can represent The River of God, Sanctification and Healing. He was dressed in this colour for a reason, and I believe He simply wants to fill us with His Rivers of Living Water.

Can we allow the mists to envelop us and trust?

For Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see. (Hebrews 11:1)

Mist and fog are different. The fog has been used by Satan to try to blind and separate you from your destiny, your promises and clarity of mind, but God is breaking the fog as we rise up in praise.

The Mist is His Water, a substance that moistens all that is dry.

Yet, as The LORD begins to lift the Mist, you will see His Plans and Purposes over you with more clarity, but all is in his perfect timing.

Whilst you wait on those promises, go to the filling station, rather than making those promises an idol.

Be in the Present, to live in His Presence that brings peace to your soul.

Finally, open your ear and eye gates only to The LORD and He will surely come in.

“Afflicted city, lashed by storms and not comforted, I will rebuild you with stones of turquoise, your foundations with lapis lazuli. I will make your battlements of rubies, your gates of sparkling jewels, and all your walls of precious stones. All your children will be taught by The LORD, and great will be their peace.
In righteousness you will be established:Tyranny will be far from you;you will have nothing to fear. Terror will be far removed; it will not come near you. If anyone does attack you, it will not be my doing; whoever attacks you will surrender to you.” Isaiah 54:11-1

“The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because The LORD has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of The LORD’s favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion — to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of The LORD for the display of his splendor. They will rebuild the ancient ruins and restore the places long devastated; they will renew the ruined cities that have been devastated for generations. Aliens will shepherd your flocks; foreigners will work your fields and vineyards. And you will be called priests of The LORD, you will be named ministers of our God. You will feed on the wealth of nations, and in their riches you will boast. Instead of their shame my people will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace they will rejoice in their inheritance; and so they will inherit a double portion in their land, and everlasting joy will be theirs.
“For I, The LORD, love justice; I hate robbery and iniquity. In my faithfulness I will reward them and make an everlasting covenant with them. Their descendants will be known among the nations and their offspring among the peoples. All who see them will acknowledge that they are a people The LORD has blessed.”
I delight greatly in The LORD; my soul rejoices in my God. For he has clothed me with garments of salvation and arrayed me in a robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. For as the soil makes the sprout come up and a garden causes seeds to grow, so the Sovereign LORD will make righteousness and praise spring up before all nations.” Isaiah 61:1-11

“And so we have the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts; ” 2 Peter 1:19

“Now Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1
