May God Rain His Glory!
5 Words in 1
The Anointing
The Anointing becomes a Living part of your life not when the oil is poured upon your head. But when the River of God’s Character, Nature and Personality flows from the brook of your heart.
He is formed and forged in you to become a Living part of your nature and character in the valleys, through caves, in troubles, through affliction, in rejection, through hardships, in loneliness, through abandonment and in suffering.
This is the school of the Holy Spirit, the school where it is not your head that is fed, or your soul that is swelled, but your heart that is expanded with God’s Love!
Many are called – Few chosen.
Caught in the Act
Even the guilty, caught red handed in the act of their wrong deeds may have a date with destiny, being reserved for God’s grace, while we may be gathering the rocks of condemnation wherewith to destroy them.
What we perceive as being worthy of our punishment, God may consider worth His forgiveness.
Leave judgement to God.
The Gospel Message
The Gospel Message is for everyone to listen to and even to receive as Truth, the commitment however of bearing His cross and allowing the Holy Spirit to form the image of Christ in them, is another matter.
Along that narrow Way, sadly my friend, only a few is found to continue the journey.
May God Rain His Glory!
As raindrops are falling here in the African Bushveld of the North, and as they “sing” that beautiful trickling melody unlike any other, bringing freshness and renourishing the earth.
It is my prayer that God may rain His Glory in your life anew, that the fresh raindrops of His Spirit may fall in you and nourish your soul with a fresh encounter with Him today!
“It is beginning to rain, hear the Voice of the Father, saying whoesover will, come and drink from the Water. I AM going to pour My Spirit out on your sons and your daughters …”
God bless!
The Pharisee Spirit
The “pharisee-tical” spirit constantly seeks to find ‘reasons’ for the Anointed to be discredited, in order to compensate for the emptiness living within its own spirit.
It is for the most part the same jealous and vengeful spirit that manifested through Saul. A spirit offended at the anointing, because it unveils the barrenness wrapped and hidden in the royal robes of pretense.
Such a spirit constantly questions God’s Authority in the life of His Anointed, and seeks to control it, rather than to submit to it.
