Many Today Are at Odds With What is Righteous
Multitudes are going their own way in this age. They have no, or little fear of God left in them!
“Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.” Colossians 4:6.
Good morning.
I had heard this man’s testimony before. This is only one video of him singing a song many of us love.
As I spoke in another article before, The Fear of God is to have a healthy respect and reverence of a Holy God.
This morning I felt led to read the short book of Jude. Woe!! There are some warning scriptures in Jude that will surely get our attention!
We must remember the scriptures are Holy and divinely inspired. So let us be very careful of interpreting them. The Bible says they are not of any private interpretation.
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:” 2 Timothy 3:16.
“Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.” 2 Peter 1:20.
Most of us know scripture interprets other scripture. We can just read, but we need to both read and study The Word of God. A lot of times read before and behind that scripture for more light.
This is tell on me time, lol.. For many years I was guilty of just reading The Bible. I did not balance The Word of God with ‘cross referencing’ with other scriptures to get a fuller meaning.
A man of God called me out in a service with a Word of correction many years ago. He was ‘spot on’ as they say. He spoke the correction in love and it helped me.
I admit, I needed to dig in The Word more carefully and still do today!
Sometimes I may chase some rabbits with a message, lol. Still I got a point….. sooo getting back:
Let’s pull out these verses right now out of the book of Jude. More Scriptures will be at the end.
“And of some have compassion, making a difference: And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.” Jude 1:22-23.
It may seem at times a correction can be harsh, and for sure we always need to speak the truth in love.
That sword will cut going in and coming out. It is only one of our weapons, but we need to use it correctly. It divides asunder the thoughts and intents of our hearts.
There is an eternal soul we are dealing with and it is most serious business!
Let’s love them enough to give it to them straight, always seasoned with salt and grace.
God bless you all.
“But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit. But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in The Holy Ghost, keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. And of some have compassion, making a difference: and others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, to the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.” Jude 1:17-25.
“This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.” 2 Corinthians 13:1.

My name is Joyce D. McGuire, called to work in and for the Kingdom of God! To lead we must try to follow Jesus Christ closely. That is my heart. I am a Chaplain to the prisons; prophetic intercessor by His grace; author; and a Mother in the Kingdom of God. To many I am simply Mama Joyce. Some favorite verses of mine are Matthew 11:28-30.
Dear Joyce,
I truly appreciate the topics you post. They are much needed reminders for all in the Body of Christ. I received a psalm the other day from the Holy Spirit titled Humbleness, and it came after I read the first 7 chapters of the book of Job. I pray the LORD will allow me to release it soon. Needless to say, I have a deeper understanding about fear and wisdom, as they go hand in hand; just like patience and perseverance; just like obeisance and humbleness.
Thank you so much for sharing your life and the wisdom the LORD has given you to bless others.
Many blessings to you!
Gabrielle
