Mandatory Retirement now due for some
I was laying before The Lord and I heard Him say, There are some people, some connections that I am putting into mandatory retirement!
He said, it’s nothing wrong with them, it’s just that they are not workable with what I AM doing for some persons right now!
Where He is taking some of you is to dangerous for some people to go, because the warfare the labor is more than they can bear!
Then the Spirit spoke and said that many won’t understand why they are being forced out, but it’s for your good as well as their own good. If God doesn’t move them, they will slow down production in your lives and your vision and dreams will be behind schedule.
We must realize that The Lord knows the adjustments He has to make and the timing they must come forth. We don’t always understand why certain things are being done in our lives or why these transitions come sometimes at the most inopportune time but we must trust that God has every situation under control.
We have to know that just because we are not working together with someone doesn’t mean they have become our enemy it just means that the time has come for a necessary separation in order for us to continue walking in the destiny The Lord has ordained for our lives. When we are mature enough to understand that a destiny separation is not the end of a friendship but a different turn in the relationship that is necessary to continue growth in each of the person lives then we won’t have hatred and anger rising up between individuals.
God is doing great things in this hour for our destiny and purpose and we must become mature enough to handle the adjustments the transitions and change that comes with the progress and growth of our Kingdom assignments.
~ Apostle Barbara R. Thomas
I’m reminded of the Apostle John who wrote:I have written to you who are God’s children because you know the Father. I have written to you who are mature in the faith because you know Christ, who existed from the beginning. I have written to you who are young in the faith because you are strong. God’s word lives in your hearts, and you have won your battle with the evil one. (1 John 2:14 NLT)
Therefore maturity in Christ means to know him,and isn’t based on human definitions of maturity. The bible says “Yet when I am among mature believers, I do speak with words of wisdom, but not the kind of wisdom that belongs to this world or to the rulers of this world, who are soon forgotten. No, the wisdom we speak of is the mystery of God —his plan that was previously hidden, even though he made it for our ultimate glory before the world began. But the rulers of this world have not understood it; if they had, they would not have crucified our glorious Lord. That is what the Scriptures mean when they say, “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.” But it was to us that God revealed these things by his Spirit. For his Spirit searches out everything and shows us God’s deep secrets. No one can know a person’s thoughts except that person’s own spirit, and no one can know God’s thoughts except God’s own Spirit. And we have received God’s Spirit (not the world’s spirit), so we can know the wonderful things God has freely given us. When we tell you these things, we do not use words that come from human wisdom. Instead, we speak words given to us by the Spirit, using the Spirit’s words to explain spiritual truths. But people who aren’t spiritual can’t receive these truths from God’s Spirit. It all sounds foolish to them and they can’t understand it, for only those who are spiritual can understand what the Spirit means. Those who are spiritual can evaluate all things, but they themselves cannot be evaluated by others.” (1 Corinthians 2:6-15 NLT)
Please remember church family you were bought for a heavy price. Do not disqualify anyone based on how you see them in the flesh, for Christ died for all who believe in Him. For those whom The Lord has called he is perfecting them and they are in one body with Him. Therefore as Christ is perfect, if they are in Him they are also perfect in His sight. Please don’t low rate what God bought with His only Son’s blood. Please remember what the bible says:
“For in Christ lives all the fullness of God in a human body. So you also are complete through your union with Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority. When you came to Christ, you were “circumcised,” but not by a physical procedure. Christ performed a spiritual circumcision—the cutting away of your sinful nature. For you were buried with Christ when you were baptized. And with him you were raised to new life because you trusted the mighty power of God, who raised Christ from the dead. You were dead because of your sins and because your sinful nature was not yet cut away. Then God made you alive with Christ, for he forgave all our sins. He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross. In this way, he disarmed the spiritual rulers and authorities. He shamed them publicly by his victory over them on the cross. So don’t let anyone condemn you for what you eat or drink, or for not celebrating certain holy days or new moon ceremonies or Sabbaths. For these rules are only shadows of the reality yet to come. And Christ himself is that reality. Don’t let anyone condemn you by insisting on pious self-denial or the worship of angels, saying they have had visions about these things. Their sinful minds have made them proud, and they are not connected to Christ, the head of the body. For he holds the whole body together with its joints and ligaments, and it grows as God nourishes it. You have died with Christ, and he has set you free from the spiritual powers of this world. So why do you keep on following the rules of the world, such as, “Don’t handle! Don’t taste! Don’t touch!”? Such rules are mere human teachings about things that deteriorate as we use them”. (Colossians 2:9-22 NLT)
Please church family, remember Our Lord’s great sacrifice and let’s not condemn one another any longer. Let’s remember who we are, that we are deeply loved by Jesus Our Savior and Lord and have been forgiven of many sins. Let us rejoice in Our Lord’s love and work to help one another and bless, not curse.
