Praying just now for many people and also, I had a question.

This particular question got answered immediately! I sensed insurmountable passion behind this quick answer! (I love how Jesus had to break everything down in earthly terms here, since his hometown was heaven!)

If someone endured what I endured just to save from death and reconcile with the people he loved and missed, and give lots of amazing free gifts (so, so, so many…)

But then someone else who claims to be a friend of that person came along and said, oh I have to find lots of cool trendy ways to lure them to accept and receive everything you suffered for… because I’ve decided that the eternal life and all the awesome free gifts probably aren’t good enough alone to convince them.

So I’m gonna use worldly stuff like electronics, mindless games, and movie tickets to seduce them into it? Come on man, I’m helping you out dude! Right?

How would any of us feel we had the power and ability to take His place with suffering by no other means but infinite love, grace, cleansing blood, protection, healing, deliverance, and all the gifts of the spirit and eternal life?

But some treat it as is it wouldn’t be enough for US to be accepted, if that’s what WE earned and gave, which is and will always be everything we have to give?

Would those who felt it best to sweeten the pot as if catching flies, who don’t wanna stick around by mixing it up with rotten combined with perfect, really be that person’s friend? Or would that be a disgrace to his plan, way, and sacrifice?

Each time He said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.”
So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me, (2 Corinthians 12:9).

I guess we aren’t realizing how weak we really are when we are too distracted by bonus incentives, to be able to see we need salvation in the pure form of His great plan.

So thankful for the Holy Spirit to make the truth of the matter, crystal clear!
