Maintain your Integrity

I heard God saying, maintain your integrity; the thing you love the most is what Satan will use the most to destroy you!

The dictionary said that the word integrity means: strict moral ethical values such as honesty!

You see, I heard God saying that many of you will be tested and tried in this season to see if you really love God more than any thing else in this season!

Just as King Saul and Job where tested! You see, King Saul did not prove to be the kind of king that God wanted to lead His people! Why? Because, he could not follow the instructions of God!

King Saul was a man who did not have good moral values and ethics! King Saul was a man who was more concerned with what the people wanted (his own selfish desires) and the things of the flesh, than he was with pleasing God!

This is why God sent the prophet Samuel to tell him that He was giving the kingdom to someone better than him! King Saul became so frustrated and angry that he tore Samuel’s skirt and because he did this thing, God opened up a revelation, telling King Saul that the same way he tore Samuel’s skirt, this was going to be his punishment and God was going to tear the kingdom out of his hand!

Many times God wants to elevate (promote/bless) some of you, but you don’t have what it takes to be a soldier of the kingdom! To receive the blessings and the promise land that God wants to give you! Why? Because, your heart is not right in the sight of God and you have become an enemy to the people of God and to God himself!

If only King Saul could have found it in his heart to obey God! Who knows what all God could have done for him but, instead he cared more about pleasing the people (his self) than he did pleasing the God of all creation! (1 Samuel 15).

I hear God saying, what is it that you love so much, that you cannot obey the voice of the Lord? Is it family? Is it that job? Is it your own selfishness or the things and the cares of this world? No matter what it is in the end you will be tried in the fire and all that is not of god will be burned up (cut-up) in this season, saith The Lord! Why? Because, the very thing that you are trying to hold on to will be destroyed saith, The Lord!

Just as God sent Samuel to cut up King A’gag and the Amalekites, so will your little gods be destroyed, saith The Lord!

I hear God saying that He is a jealous God, He will have no other before Him, and that He is a consuming fire in this season and the very thing you try to hold on to it will be destroyed, saith The Lord! Let it go and let God have His way! (Deuteronomy 4:24).

You see, unlike King Saul, Job was a man with integrity and he never allowed anyone to come between his God, like king Saul did; not family or friends! No matter how hard the trials got, Job maintained his integrity!

Job’s own wife whom he loved (cherished) told him to curse god and die! You see, many times the enemy will use the very people whom you love to try and to destroy you, saith The Lord, but Job did not allow the person whom he loved (the one the closes to him: his wife) to discourage him! In fact his wife said to him, “Dost thou still retain thine integrity? Curse god, and die.” But job said unto her, “Thou speakest as one of the foolish women speaketh.”

What? Shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil? In all this did not Job sin with his lips; nor did Job charge God foolishly! (Job 2: 9-10).

You see, I hear God saying that many times ,you think because a person is close to you they should be the one to understand you and know your character and what kind of person you are; if no one else does! Well, when Satan is using that person they forget all about your character and who you are and they will be the very portal that Satan will use to discourage you and you’re walk with God! My God my God! Just as he did the wife of Job! You see, the devil did not stop there he even went so far as to use the friends of Job; as well!

Now when Job’s three friends heard of all this evil that was come upon him, they came every one from his own place (the devil knows just how to find you when he wants to discourage you); Eliphaz the Temanite, and Bildad the Shuhite, and Zophar the Naamathite: for they had made an appointment together to come to mourn with him and to comfort him. So, job thought, but there true motives was to set Job straight about what they felt was the problem! And when they lifted up their eyes afar off, and knew him not (Job’s trials were so great), they lifted up their voice, and wept; and they rent every one his mantle, and sprinkled dust upon their heads toward heaven (Job 2:11-12).

You see, even your so called friends and family will stand beside you and mourn with you, but not before telling you just what they really think about you! They said (Job’s friends), “Behold, thou hast instructed many (Job), and thou hast strengthened the weak hands. Thy words have upholden him that was falling, and thou hast strengthened the feeble knees. But now it is come upon thee, and thou faintest; it toucheth thee, and thou art troubled” (Job 4: 3-5)

My God, my God! You see, the devil will send those you have taught and preached to; to tell you about how you preached to them and told them about holiness! Now, stand up and take it the way you preached to me! The devil is waiting on you to get what is coming to you: and he will use those who are weak to tell you just what they think about you when you are at your lowest point!

But, out of all of this Job sinned not and he still maintained his integrity! He lost his children, his sheep, his cattle and all that he had, but he held on to his integrity! Just as you and I will have to do in this season!

For, I hear God saying do not curse God; don’t you dare give up!

God is trying the people of God and He is showing you that the ones you thought would be there, will not!

He is showing you that it is no time to place anyone (people, places, and things) above or before God in this season!

God is a jealous God and when our character shows and demonstrates that other things (people, places and things) are more important to us than God himself! Watch out, because God will even take that away from you those things that you place dear; those other Gods!

Just as he did king Saul who blamed the people for his disobedience; instead of him taking responsibility for the wrong he had done! But, on the contrary, God blessed Job with more than he ever had before! Why? Because, Job lost a lot and was willing to go through the fire! Job was willing to obey God, he kept his integrity, and so, God gave him twice as much as he had before!

All because he maintained his integrity! (Job 42:12).

I hear God saying, Maintain your Integrity; don’t let nothing or nobody separate you from the love of God which is in Jesus Christ.

Time to go back to holiness!

It use to be a time the church just heard someone was sick and they came together to pray if they heard a sister or brother had cancer etc.

This morning, I heard God say the reason so many are not being healed is because we are disobedient to the word of God.

“Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him” (James 5:14-15 KJV).

It is time to get into the Word like never before!

Warning to the church: It is time to get into the Word like never before!

The seal (fresh oil/anointing/spirit of god) of God are upon the people of God; and the mark of Satan (flesh) are upon the enemies of God’s people!

I hear God saying for His people to follow the anointing! He also is saying that all those that are his in this season are approved by Him; not by the flesh, but by the spirit of The Lord!

I don’t care what it sounds like, smells like or look like if it don’t line-up with both the Word of God and the anointing of God, it is not God!

“⁹ But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
¹⁰ And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
¹¹ But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
¹² Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.
¹³ For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
¹⁴ For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
¹⁵ For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
¹⁶ The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God” (Romans 8:9-16).
