Love That Heals
“A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” John 13:34-35 NKJV.
“Love that heals is love that is demonstrated to the object of it’s devotion.
The one who must know love, must FEEL loved, in order for that love to be perceived as such. The person who says “I love you”, but does not show love in their behavior and actions is NOT demonstrating love.
The world is not ignorant of this fact, and so many of them have judged The Church as cold and unloving, and uncaring.
Many have come into My Church looking for Love they never received from parents or family, and instead of any kind of kindness and understanding, they have received MORE rejection and disdain.”
(Priscilla: and perfectionism and we ALL have fallen short of The Glory of God)
“This has broken My Heart for now The Church is filled with so many who themselves were love starved, and need love, and have never gotten what they needed.
There is a portion of love that cannot be given except by Me. But there is another portion which will heal only by coming through another human being. THIS is why I said to LOVE ONE ANOTHER as I have loved you.
You know how Peter failed to stand up when he said he would stand up for Me and with Me, yet I knew ahead what he would do, spoke it, and when he realized his failure, he was terribly humbled and sorrowed, and grieved for his presumption.
He was forgiven. He experienced My Forgiveness and Love, even in that circumstance, and so was healed.
Remember when they came from the sea and I was already on the shore, and I asked Peter, “Do you love ME?”
Well, I ask you now My People, DO YOU love Me? Do you truly love Me?
Because I want you to come to Me and receive My Love. A good lover is also one who can receive love. If you then receive the love from Me, you will have it to give to another.
Without My love given you, how can you presume to stand up under the demands of life and still love one another?
Only when YOU RECEIVE MY LOVE, can you then give it out. Otherwise, you will get ‘burnt out’ and run out of love to give. You will get tired, because you haven’t received enough yourself.
The Love I give you will heal the brokenhearted soul. It will restore and revive the weak. It will heal the broken bodies as well.
So I adjure you, to come and receive from Me, the Love I AM pouring out.
Come and worship, in the beauty of holiness, and allow Me to infuse you with My love, and you will then be able to cope with the unlovely, the brokenhearted and weak.
Rely on Me to show you how to demonstrate My Love to each person, because each person has been through different things, and only I know those things, besides the person who endured it.
So come to ME and ask, and I will show you how to demonstrate My love to that person. I will give you creative ideas for how to love others, that will touch their heart and make a difference so that healing comes through that action.”
“Now concerning brotherly love, you have no need for anyone to write you, for you have been [personally] taught by God to love one another [that is, to have an unselfish concern for others and to do things for their benefit]. For indeed you already do practice it toward all the believers throughout Macedonia [by actively displaying your love and concern for them]. But we urge you, brothers and sisters, that you excel [in this matter] more and more,” 1 Thessalonians 4:9-10 AMP.
“I AM Love, and I AM the Love that Heals. My Love never fails.
Men always get impatient and intolerant at some point, but MY LOVE endures forever! So let ME teach you how to love that one.
Some of you don’t even know how to love those in your own family. Come and ask Me, and I will show you what to do to make a difference!
I AM the CREATOR, am I not? So surely you can count on ME to know that one you want to affect, and if you ask, I will show you what you can do, to soften that heart that is hurting.
Ask and you shall receive! I AM the FAITHFUL FATHER, and I will always choose what is best for each one. Don’t assume what works for one will work for another.
Some of you have grown weary in loving those you are married to, or to your children even. Don’t feel ashamed about it. But come to ME, and let Me show you the action that will soften their hearts.
Let ME show you how to love them so they will change. Love is the greatest. Love leads to repentance. Overcome evil with good, I’ve told you.
Love covers a multitude of sins I’ve said. So ask ME, how to show kindness — how to show love to another and I will help you even in the little things.
And as you sow seeds of love instead of hate, hearts will be healed. Even hearts that have nothing to do with what you are doing, just because you are sowing in the opposites to the world.
I said to love your enemies… to be good to those who hate you. I said, if your righteousness does not exceed that of the Pharisees, then you will not enter The Kingdom of Heaven. And I said that if you love Me and one another, then you will be fulfilling the sum of The Law!
So put on love. Love is the greatest!”
“Owe nothing to anyone except to love and seek the best for one another; for he who [unselfishly] loves his neighbor has fulfilled the [essence of the] law [relating to one’s fellowman].” Romans 13:8 NKJV
“And the second, like it, is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.” Mark 12:31.
“If you really fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you do well;” James 2:8.
“Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart,” 1 Peter 1:22.
“For this is the message that you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another, not as Cain who was of the wicked one and murdered his brother. And why did he murder him? Because his works were evil and his brother’s righteous.” 1 John 3:11-12.
“And this is His commandment: that we should believe on the name of His Son Jesus Christ and love one another, as He gave us commandment.” 1 John 3:23 NKJV.
“Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.” 1 John 4:7-11 NKJV
“And now I plead with you, lady, not as though I wrote a new commandment to you, but that which we have had from the beginning: that we love one another. This is love, that we walk according to His commandments. This is the commandment, that as you have heard from the beginning, you should walk in it.” 2 John 5-6 NKJV
