Today, many have fallen into the trap of the devil, the same trap that Eve fell into in the garden when the devil told her: “Yea hath God said?”

That day the temptation of the devil was to…. question God’s word!

I am led to believe, having been in the ministry all my life and have served as a pastor for over 30 years, that the area most attacked by the devil is the area of giving.

Many in the Church today have come to the place Eve came to and have listened to the devil. They have eaten the forbidden fruit and thus have sinned a most grievous sin.

Because of this one decision [to not give], they have entered into a time of actual curse for their disobedience.

What is the curse they have received? They are not blessed and do suffer financially.

The very reason they suffer lack of money and needs is that they themselves have believed a lie…. [that lie is: God does not need my money…. After all, He will supply all our needs].

Truth be known, God can, but God uses His people to supply others needs.

Please note the wording of the verse out of Malachi 3…. See the blessing which comes by giving.

Yet today, many do not even believe in giving the tithe. They use all sort of reasoning’s about tithing and why they are exempt. The fact is although, there is no exemption, and the principal of giving and tithing is still God’s way of providing for His people.

Many churches today are suffering greatly because less than 20% of all attending Christians tithe anymore. And, the fact is, many Christians not only do not tithe, but they do not attend Church. They have lost the true purpose of the church.

I know this message will not be popular, but know this, I as a prophet must speak what I hear. And I hear Him say:

“My people no longer trust Me and serve Me, keeping My Words and Commands.

They think in themselves, it is not necessary, when in fact, I stand at the taking of offerings and receiving of tithes and watch to see who gives in love and obedience from that which I have given unto them.

I will therefore warn you that when you do not give you, will not receive My blessings and if you do not give you stop My church from advancing forward for lack of strength and funds.”

I have written this Word in obedience unto my LORD. LORD, use this word to speak to your people.

“Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings.
ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation. Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it and I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the lord of hosts,” Malachi 3:8-11.
