LORD, What Do You Want to Do?
“LORD, what do You want to do?” That is the question I asked Him tonight.
“I want you to tell all who will listen to what I tell you, that they are loved with an everlasting Love. I do not relent from what I intend for you, My Children; My called-out ones.
I have seen all the tears you have shed. Every tear of expression has an eternal weight that can’t be compared.
For I have put all your tears in a bottle of remembrance, and I hold it close to My Heart. They represent your whole expression of calling upon Me,” says The LORD.
“They represent the truth that comes from your heart. I hold your tears in honor and high esteem. I have seen your ways and I will heal you,” says The LORD.
“For The Word that comes from My Mouth are Spirit and they are Life. My Words will glorify Me because of the impact that I have intended for you.
Praise will come forth from you. Worship will come forth from you. Obedience to My Voice will come forth from you. Obedience comes from the freedom I have given you.
I do not give My Glory to any other entity. But My Glory will be forth coming from those who call upon Me in Spirit and Truth.
For I AM your shield; I AM your exceedingly great reward,” says The LORD.
“Hereby are you made clean — by My Word which I have spoken to you,” says The LORD.
~ Thomas Downes
Thomas Downes. Walking with The LORD for over 40 years, Thomas runs “The Voice of the Writer” a Prophetic Ministry. His purpose is to present the Word of God and the Love of God with the prophetic heart; the heart that desires to hear the Voice of The LORD, and present His Word for the encouragement of others.
One morning as I was praying I began to imagine myself on the Father’s lap looking from the Throne, and I said,”Father, I want to do what Your doing, what are You doing?” He said, “I’m Being.”
This has become my goal, to ‘be’ in His presence, without striving or religious duty. I so desire relationship, to walk with Him in every drop of eternity without hindrance.
I loved the Words He spoke through you to my heart today.
Thank you Thomas, God bless :)
Thank you for sharing your beautiful conversation with the Lord with us. “With an everlasting love…” sounds way more like the God I read about and know. The Anchor of my soul.
Appreciate you sharing these words, thanks
