I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare YOU are BLESSED of the LORD!
  He SHINES HIS FACE upon you and shows you His FAVOR.
  He fills your life with HIS PEACE/SHALOM!
• I decree and declare the Lord God of Heaven and Earth has placed HIS NAME upon you, who are His Children!
• I decree and declare the Lord God is your HELP and SHIELD.
  He keeps you in mind and He BLESSES you.
  He BLESSES all who FEAR HIM, great and small alike.
• I decree and declare God is increasing your NUMBERS, both yours and those of your children.
  You are BLESSED by the Lord, Maker of Heaven and Earth.
  Heaven belongs to the Lord, but the Earth He has given to humankind.
• I decree and declare God is GRACIOUS to you and He BLESSES you; He makes His face SHINE towards you, so that HIS WAY will be KNOWN on the Earth, and His SALVATION among all Nations!
• I decree and declare the People will GIVE THANKS to the Lord, God!
  The Nations are GLAD and SHOUT for JOY, for He JUDGES the People fairly and GUIDES the Nations on Earth!
• I decree and declare the People give THANKS to YOU, God!
  All the People give THANKS to YOU!
  As You BLESS Your People, all the ends of the Earth will FEAR You!
• I decree and declare that we will PRAISE the Lord, Father of our Lord Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah, who in Christ/ Messiah BLESSED us with EVERY SPIRITUAL BLESSING in Heaven!
• I decree and declare in Christ/Messiah HE CHOSE US in LOVE before the creation of the Universe to be HOLY and without defect IN HIS PRESENCE.
  He determined in advance that through Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah we would be His sons and daughters – in keeping with His PLEASURE and PURPOSE!
• I decree and declare that we PRAISE Him continually corresponding to the GLORY of the GRACE He gave us through Christ/ Messiah, the Beloved One! In UNION with Him, through the shedding of His Blood, WE ARE SET FREE – our sins are FORGIVEN; which accords with the WEALTH of the GRACE He lavished upon us!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“²³ “Speak to Aaron and to his sons, saying, ‘Thus you shall bless the sons of Israel. You shall say to them: ²⁴ The Lord bless you, and keep you; ²⁵ The Lord make His face shine on you, and be gracious to you; ²⁶ The Lord lift up His countenance on you, and give you peace ²⁷ So they shall invoke My name on the sons of Israel, and I then will bless them,” Numbers 6:23-27.

“⁹ O Israel, trust in the Lord;He is their help and their shield. ¹⁰ O house of Aaron, trust in the Lord;He is their help and their shield. ¹¹ You who fear the Lord, trust in the Lord;He is their help and their shield. ¹² The Lord has been mindful of us; He will bless us;He will bless the house of Israel;He will bless the house of Aaron. ¹³ He will bless those who fear the Lord, the small together with the great. ¹⁴ May the Lord give you increase,You and your children. ¹⁵ May you be blessed of the Lord, Maker of heaven and earth. ¹⁶ The heavens are the heavens of the Lord, but the earth He has given to the sons of men,” Psalm 115:9-16.

“¹God be gracious to us and bless us,and cause His face to shine upon us — Selah. ² That Your way may be known on the earth, Your salvation among all nations. ³ Let the peoples praise You, O God; let all the peoples praise You. ⁴ Let the nations be glad and sing for joy; for You will judge the peoples with uprightness and guide the nations on the earth. Selah. ⁵ Let the peoples praise You, O God; let all the peoples praise You. ⁶ The earth has yielded its produce;God, our God, blesses us. ⁷ God blesses us,That all the ends of the earth may fear Him,” Psalm 67:1-7.

“³ Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, ⁴ just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him. In love ⁵ He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will, ⁶ to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved. ⁷ In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace ⁸ which He lavished on us. In all wisdom and insight ⁹ He made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His kind intention which He purposed in Him ¹⁰ with a view to an administration suitable to the fullness of the times, that is, the summing up of all things in Christ, things in the heavens and things on the earth. In Him ¹¹ also we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to His purpose who works all things after the counsel of His will, ¹² to the end that we who were the first to hope in Christ would be to the praise of His glory,” Ephesians 1:3-12.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
