Let It Go, Come To ME!
So in my Bible Study class we touched on Daniel 4, the story of Nebuchadnezzar. Oh how he was my favorite Old Testament King.
I love the way God chose to humble him. He didn’t listen, he thought he was was the best there was. Arrogance and pride got in his way of his relationship with God.
Have you looked to see what is in your way? Is there anything between you and your fellowship with the Most High King? What has God used to humble you?
Certainly He has not made you a beast to walk on all fours, and grow claws like that of a bird of prey. He has not made you eat grass like the beast of the land. He is a loving father who longs for relationship and fellowship with each of us.
“Look at yourself, see where your heart is. Step out of the bondage that holds you away. Those chains that are beautiful and lovely, the ones that are not seen by others.
The pretty chains you hold tight, the ones no one else sees. Yes those chains, the ones that hold you back and keep you tied down.
Let them go. Allow My relationship to flood your every being. Allow Me to take those beautiful chains and replace them with love and relationship.
Allow Me to restore your hope and passion, and grow you into the being I created you to be. Take My hand, for now is the season I release the bondage and restore the hope.
Now is My season, now is My joy, let it go and come to ME.”
