Let Him Who Is Without Sin Cast the First Stone!
3 Words in 1
NOW, is a Good Time to Praise the LORD!
I don’t know what you’re going through this morning, whether you are broke or feeling financially embarrassed, feeling weary in your spirit, having martial issues, facing family crisis, considering where you’re next meal coming from…..
But I want you to know that right where you are, is the perfect time to offer you’re praises to God.
He is the Creator and Preserver of us, in our beings.
As the Father of mercies; as the Father of Christ; and as our covenant God and Father in him; since he is always bestowing mercies on us, of one kind or another, HE should be continually praised, even in times of adversity, affliction, and temptation; in the midst of reproach and persecution.
Even when unsettled in mind, body, and estate; GOD IS STILL A GOOD GOD!
Look back in your life where you have been and where you are now the trials you’ve already overcome, the many unseen battles you won and give thanks unto the LORD.
After God Has Restored You, His Way…..
I’m just here and a thought came to me.
Leaders, many of you have been saved and serving the LORD for some 10, 15, 20 and 30 plus years and in your human frailty, some may have messed up along the way, transgressed against the LORD in more ways than one, whether by fornication, an addiction struggle, adultery, lying and misrepresentation, stealing, whatever.
God knows those things we have need of deliverance from and once we confess our sins, scripture says we’ll obtain mercy and forgiveness, (Proverbs 28:13, 1 John 1:9).
Acknowledge that you have not held it all together. Don’t wear a facade and pretend you never had issues.
It’s the only way you can truly help those whom you lead or will ever lead.
Let people know how you were able to get back on your feet after falling. You’re not infallible.
David said in Psalm 51:12-13, “Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.”
After you’ve come to the realization that your righteousness is indeed filthy rags and that you need the grace of God to help you to live holy and righteous…..
After God has restored you in His faithfulness and taught you His way…..
Then and only then, can you truly convert sinners unto Him, even edify the saints for you through sin were broken and you know the affliction it brings and understand what others go through, their weaknesses and help them back to the foot of the cross.
God bless you!
Let Him Who Is Without Sin Cast the First Stone!
Listen, there are many persons out there who are either believers who are living in sin, have sinned, but are concealing it, or want to come to Christ but for fear of being stigmatized, remain in their condition.
They think they’re undeserving, or that no one will understand what they’re going through.
They lose hope, thinking they’re the worst and that God had already written them off.
They’ve been In the dark so long, they’ve completely lost sight and need someone whose been down the road to help them along the way…
Let him who is without sin cast the first stone….
God help us.
Shalom
