Declarations & Decrees: Judge Not the Anointed of The LORD!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I decree and declare BEWARE: STOP JUDGING, so that you will not be judged!
For with the Judgment you judge, YOU WILL BE JUDGED; and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you! - I decree and declare, as you WALK IN GOD’S/ ELOHIM’S WAYS, He will allow no one to oppress you; for your sake He will reprove Kings and Commoner alike: ‘TOUCH NOT MY ANOINTED ONES, AND DO MY PROPHETS NO HARM!”
- I decree and declare SING TO THE LORD/ ADONAI, all the Earth!
Proclaim His SALVATION form Day to Day!
Declare His GLORY among the Nations, His Wondrous Works among all the Peoples! For GREAT is the Lord/ Adonai and GREATLY to be PRAISED!
He is to be FEARED above all gods. - I decree and declare SPLENDOR and MAJESTY are before our God/ Elohim; STRENGTH and JOY are in His Place.
I ASCRIBE to the Lord/ Adonai GLORY and STRENGTH; the GLORY DUE His Name!
I bring my OFFERING of PRAISE and THANKSGIVING to my God/ Elohai; I come before Him and WORSHIP Him in the SPLENDOR of HOLINESS! - I decree and declare ALL THE EARTH WILL TREMBLE BEFORE THE LORD/ ADONAI!
The World is firmly established — it will not be moved.
The Heavens and Earth REJOICE in their Creator, Lord/ Adonai! The Nations will say, “The Lord/ Adonai REIGNS!”
I GIVE THANKS TO THE LORD/ ADONAI for He is good, for His MERCY endures forever! - I decree and declare I PRAISE THE LORD/ ADONAI and CALL upon His Name!
I will make known His deeds among the Peoples.
I SING to Him and SING PRAISES to Him — I tell the World about ALL of His Wonders! - I decree and declare GLORY in His HOLY NAME!
All who SEEK the Lord/ Adonai will REJOICE! SEEK the Lord/ Adonai and His STRENGTH, SEEK His Face ALWAYS!
You will REMEMBER His Wonders that He has done, His Miracles and the Judgments of His Mouth. - I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is our God/Elohim; His JUDGMENTS are in all the Earth He REMEMBERS HIS COVENANT FOREVER — the Word He commanded for a Thousand Generations!
He allows no one to oppress His People — for your sake He rebukes Kings and all who would arise in arrogance, “TOUCH NOT MY ANOINTED ONES, and do My Prophets no harm!” - I decree and declare DO NO JUDGE, as impossible, that which is the Work of God/ Elohim.
Some People believe only from a distance and do not TRUST God to work in their midst… this is not true belief.
Let God/ Elohim be the Judge.
All Believers are filled with the Spirit and are to CARRY His GLORY and ANOINTING as did Jesus/ Yeshua: “The Spirit of the Lord/ Ruach Adonai is on me, because He has ANOINTED ME to proclaim Good News to the Poor.
He has sent me to Proclaim release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set free the oppressed and to proclaim the year of the Lord’s/ Adonai’s favor.” - I decree and declare there are many who will hear but few are chosen!
Few will be PURIFIED because there are many who do not trust.
Without TRUST it is impossible to PLEASE the Father. - I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“1 “Don’t judge, so that you won’t be judged. 2 For with whatever judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with whatever measure you measure, it will be measured to you. 3 Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but don’t consider the beam that is in your own eye? 4 Or how will you tell your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye,’ and behold, the beam is in your own eye? 5 You hypocrite! First remove the beam out of your own eye, and then you can see clearly to remove the speck out of your brother’s eye,” Matthew 7:1-5.
“19 When you were but a few men in number, yes, very few, and foreigners in it. 20 They went about from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another people. 21 He allowed no man to do them wrong. Yes, he reproved kings for their sakes, 22 “Don’t touch my anointed ones! Do my prophets no harm!” 23 Sing to Yahweh, all the earth! Display his salvation from day to day. 24 Declare his glory among the nations, and his marvelous works among all the peoples. 25 For great is Yahweh, and greatly to be praised. He also is to be feared above all gods. 26 For all the gods of the peoples are idols, but Yahweh made the heavens. 27 Honor and majesty are before him. Strength and gladness are in his place. 28 Ascribe to Yahweh, you relatives of the peoples, ascribe to Yahweh glory and strength! 29 Ascribe to Yahweh the glory due to his name. Bring an offering, and come before him. Worship Yahweh in holy array. 30 Tremble before him, all the earth. The world also is established that it can’t be moved. 31 Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice! Let them say among the nations, “Yahweh reigns!” 32 Let the sea roar, and its fullness! Let the field exult, and all that is in it! 33 Then the trees of the forest will sing for joy before Yahweh, for he comes to judge the earth. 34 Oh give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever. 35 Say, “Save us, God of our salvation! Gather us together and deliver us from the nations, to give thanks to your holy name, to triumph in your praise.” 36 Blessed be Yahweh, the God of Israel, from everlasting even to everlasting. All the people said, “Amen,” and praised Yahweh.
37 So he left Asaph and his brothers there before the ark of Yahweh’s covenant, to minister before the ark continually, as every day’s work required; 38 and Obed-Edom with their brothers, sixty-eight; Obed-Edom also the son of Jeduthun and Hosah to be doorkeepers,” 1 Chronicles 16:19-38.
“1 Give thanks to Yahweh! Call on his name! Make his doings known among the peoples. 2 Sing to him, sing praises to him! Tell of all his marvelous works. 3 Glory in his holy name. Let the heart of those who seek Yahweh rejoice. 4 Seek Yahweh and his strength. Seek his face forever more. 5 Remember his marvelous works that he has done: his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth, 6 you offspring of Abraham, his servant, you children of Jacob, his chosen ones. 7 He is Yahweh, our God. His judgments are in all the earth. 8 He has remembered his covenant forever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations, 9 the covenant which he made with Abraham, his oath to Isaac, 10 and confirmed it to Jacob for a statute; to Israel for an everlasting covenant, 11 saying, “To you I will give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance,” 12 when they were but a few men in number, yes, very few, and foreigners in it. 13 They went about from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another people. 14 He allowed no one to do them wrong. Yes, he reproved kings for their sakes, 15 “Don’t touch my anointed ones! Do my prophets no harm!”” Psalm 105:1-15.
“14 Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee, and news about him spread through all the surrounding area. 15 He taught in their synagogues, being glorified by all.
16 He came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up. He entered, as was his custom, into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up to read. 17 The book of the prophet Isaiah was handed to him. He opened the book, and found the place where it was written, 18 “The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to heal the broken hearted, to proclaim release to the captives, recovering of sight to the blind, to deliver those who are crushed, 19 and to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.” [Isaiah 61:1-2]
20 He closed the book, gave it back to the attendant, and sat down. The eyes of all in the synagogue were fastened on him. 21 He began to tell them, “Today, this Scripture has been fulfilled in your hearing.”
22 All testified about him, and wondered at the gracious words which proceeded out of his mouth, and they said, “Isn’t this Joseph’s son?”
23 He said to them, “Doubtless you will tell me this parable, ‘Physician, heal yourself! Whatever we have heard done at Capernaum, do also here in your hometown.’” 24 He said, “Most certainly I tell you, no prophet is acceptable in his hometown. 25 But truly I tell you, there were many widows in Israel in the days of Elijah, when the sky was shut up three years and six months, when a great famine came over all the land. 26 Elijah was sent to none of them, except to Zarephath, in the land of Sidon, to a woman who was a widow. 27 There were many lepers in Israel in the time of Elisha the prophet, yet not one of them was cleansed, except Naaman, the Syrian.”
28 They were all filled with wrath in the synagogue, as they heard these things. 29 They rose up, threw him out of the city, and led him to the brow of the hill that their city was built on, that they might throw him off the cliff. 30 But he, passing through the middle of them, went his way,” Luke 4:14-30.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
