Jesus’ Thoughts On Taking Care of Your Body, Soul, & Spirit
I scrolled through Apple News and the New York Times today and most articles were about the physical appearance of one’s body.
Yet, nothing about one’s soul and spirit.
The ‘inner self’ is of great importance to God. Here is what 1 Peter 3:4 says:
“Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight.”
Many have come to God with great damage to their body, such as lung damage from smoking.
Others have come to God with many years of wrong usage of their bodies, such as addictions to pornography.
Tattoos, cuts, diseases, marks, and everything else has come Jesus’ way, and He has accepted those people.
Why?
Because God says your ‘inner self‘ is of great importance.
The Holy Spirit adds:
“My People, I want you to look at the times that are coming. Many will be promoting things to help your body.
While I still love your body, I want you to be smart.
Watch what you eat and what you do to your body for not all things are good — although the facts say they are. Don’t be deceived.
Your body is of great importance to Me — but so is your soul and spirit My People.
Don’t worry so much about what charity you are going to help next, for many people do that in vain.
I care more about your inner self. Look at your mind and your motives.
Are you angry?
Are you hurt?
Are you frustrated or sad?
What is going on IN you?
Look at that and take it to Me for I want to help you with that.
Don’t look at your outer body and say that is of more importance. Come to Me, My People, and let’s work on your heart. You will be glad that you did.”

Travis Coffey was called by Christ to be a prophet. His desire is to help people get informed about who Jesus is, and what is He is doing during these end times.
Absolutely true. Thank you.
Amen! I was just re-studying, again, Isaiah 52:13-15 + Isaiah 53. To begin with, Christ, The Son of God, was not much to “look at” by human standards, and then He was beaten into a pulp and crucified. HE Must be Spiritually Discerned.
