Jesus in Your Suffering
There is a disconnect in what we believe and what we see., therefore, The Holy Spirit wants to address The Church on this issue.
The disconnect is, many Christian’s know and believe The Holy Spirit is with them, however they are still suffering!
If God is with you, then why do you have illness, disease, heart ache, pain, or any sort of issue?
We have to examine this disconnect of, “I’m suffering, but God is with me, so why am I not seeing results?”
We have to understand this disconnect correctly so we can receive vision and success, instead of despair and frustration.
Otherwise, deep down in our hearts we are frustrated that God is with us but it appears He does very little to help us.
Furthermore, The Holy Spirit says, “My People must know that there is more than just Me being with you. You have to go further in your knowledge on this.”
The Holy Spirit showed me two things that must be done.
1. Foundation
James 4 says,
“Therefore He says: “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” James 4:6.
The foundation of our lives is to live humbly before Jesus. This means we ask Jesus to direct our lives in everything we do.
The Holy Spirit revealed to me that although people know God is with them, they are suffering because of their pride, which means their refusal to humble themselves.
Again, our foundation is humility. If you want to see the power of God in your life, you must humble yourself under His mighty hand.
2. Reliance
After you humble yourself, it is time to rely on Jesus Christ. For Jesus will advocate for you and do miracles.
Jesus said in Matthew 10:16-19 that we would experience difficulties, as we are like sheep sent out among wolves.
But then Jesus says something powerful in verse 20 — He will speak for us. This means as we humble ourselves and rely on Jesus, miracles will happen in our lives.
Suffering can be reduced, healing can occur, and miracles will happen when we go beyond the belief that Jesus is with us.
It is when we humble ourselves and rely on God that the power of God is evidently shown in our lives.
The Holy Spirit concludes saying, “It is when you come to Me and seek Me that you see many good things in your life.
It is far beyond the belief that I AM with you.
It is more than that, as I AM advocating on your behalf.
I AM instructing you and guiding you.
I AM doing many more things than you realize.
Trust Me. Rely on Me.
Humble yourselves under My mighty Hand — for great things will happen to you!”
““Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. But beware of men, for they will deliver you up to councils and scourge you in their synagogues. You will be brought before governors and kings for My sake, as a testimony to them and to the Gentiles. But when they deliver you up, do not worry about how or what you should speak. For it will be given to you in that hour what you should speak; for it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you. “ Matthew 10:16-20.
