Declarations & Decrees: Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah Came to Give Us Life!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare You, Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai, are a REFUGE for the Poor, a REFUGE for the Needy in DISTRESS, a SHELTER from the Storm, SHADE from the Heat!
  You are like Desert Heat, YOU SUBDUE the Foreigners’ uproar; like Heat subdued by a Cloud’s Shadow, the Song of the Ruthless Dies away.
• I decree and declare in Zion/ Tziyon the Lord of Hosts/ Adonai-Tzva’ot makes for ALL PEOPLE a Feast of Rich Food and Superb Wines!
  On the Mountain of the Lord He will DESTROY the VEIL that covers the Face of All Peoples, the VEIL Enshrouding all the Nations.
• I decree and declare the Lord has SWALLOWED UP DEATH FOREVER!
  The Lord God/ Adonai Elohim will WIPE AWAY the TEARS from every Face, and He will REMOVE from all the Earth the DISGRACE His People SUFFER!
  For the Lord/ Adonai has SPOKEN!
  All who have waited for the SALVATION of the Lord will be FULL of Joy; His SALVATION HAS COME through Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua His Son!
• I decree and declare I have ACCESS to a Heavenly Altar through Jesus/ Yeshua Who SUFFERED DEATH outside the gate, to make me HOLY through His own BLOOD.
  I go out to Him who is OUTSIDE THE CAMP and SHARE HIS DISGRACE.
  I do not look for a permanent City here, but SEEK the One to Come.
• I decree and declare I will offer God a SACRIFICE of PRAISE CONTINUALLY; for this is the Natural product of lips that ACKNOWLEDGE HIS NAME!
• I declare Jesus/ Yeshua grew up before the Lord/ Adonai, like a young Plant, like a Root out of dry ground.
  He was not well-formed or especially Handsome; we SAW HIM but His APPEARANCE did not attract us.
  People DESPISED and AVOIDED Him, a Man of PAINS, well acquainted with ILLNESS.
  He was DESPISED; we did not VALUE Him.
• I declare it was our DISEASES HE BORE, our PAINS from which HE SUFFERED; yet we regarded Him as PUNISHED, STRICKEN and AFFLICTED by God.
  But HE WAS WOUNDED because of our CRIMES, CRUSHED because of our SINS; the DISCIPLINING that makes us WHOLE FELL ON HIM, and BY HIS BRUISES WE ARE HEALED!
• I decree and declare we all went astray, we turned, each one to his own way; yet the Lord/ Adonai LAID ON HIM THE GUILT OF US ALL.
  Though mistreated, HE WAS SUBMISSIVE – He did not open His mouth.
  The Lord/ Adonai said, “By His KNOWING PAIN and SACRIFICE, My Righteous Servant MAKES MANY RIGHTEOUS; it is for their sins that He SUFFERED!”
• I decree and declare that just as Christ’s/ Messiah’s SUFFERINGS OVERFLOW to us, so through Christ/ Messiah our ENCOURAGEMENT also OVERFLOWS.
  If we undergo trials, it is for your ENCOURAGEMENT and DELIVERANCE; and if we are ENCOURAGED, that should encourage you when you have to ENDURE SUFFERINGS like those we are experiencing.
  Our HOPE for you remains steadfast, because we know that as you SHARE IN THE SUFFERINGS, you will also share in the encouragement.
• I decree and declare for any who feel the burden laid on you is far beyond what you can bear; TRUST IN THE LORD, for it is to get you to RELY not on yourselves but on God Who raises the dead!
  He is the One Who rescues you from DEADLY PERIL, and He will RESCUE again.
  The One in whom you PLACE YOUR HOPE will indeed CONTINUE TO RESCUE YOU!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ O Lord, You are my God; I will exalt You, I will give thanks to Your name; for You have worked wonders, Plans formed long ago, with perfect faithfulness……
…….. ⁴ For You have been a defense for the helpless, a defense for the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat; for the breath of the ruthless is like a rain storm against a wall. ⁵ Like heat in drought, You subdue the uproar of aliens; like heat by the shadow of a cloud, the song of the ruthless is silenced.
⁶ The Lord of hosts will prepare a lavish banquet for all peoples on this mountain; a banquet of aged wine, choice pieces with marrow, and refined, aged wine. ⁷ And on this mountain He will swallow up the covering which is over all peoples, even the veil which is stretched over all nations. ⁸ He will swallow up death for all time, and the Lord God will wipe tears away from all faces, and He will remove the reproach of His people from all the earth; for the Lord has spoken. ⁹ And it will be said in that day, “Behold, this is our God for whom we have waited that He might save us. This is the Lord for whom we have waited; let us rejoice and be glad in His salvation.” ¹⁰ For the hand of the Lord will rest on this mountain,” Isaiah 25:1, 4-10a.

“¹⁰ We have an altar from which those who serve the tabernacle have no right to eat. ¹¹ For the bodies of those animals whose blood is brought into the holy place by the high priest as an offering for sin, are burned outside the camp. ¹² Therefore Jesus also, that He might sanctify the people through His own blood, suffered outside the gate. ¹³ So, let us go out to Him outside the camp, bearing His reproach. ¹⁴ For here we do not have a lasting city, but we are seeking the city which is to come.
¹⁵ Through Him then, let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that give thanks to His name,” Hebrews 13:10-15.

“¹ Who has believed our message? And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed? ² For He grew up before Him like a tender shoot, and like a root out of parched ground; He has no stately form or majesty that we should look upon Him, nor appearance that we should be attracted to Him. ³ He was despised and forsaken of men, a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief; and like one from whom men hide their face He was despised, and we did not esteem Him.
Surely our griefs He Himself bore, and our sorrows He carried; yet we ourselves esteemed Him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. ⁵ But He was pierced through for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the chastening for our well-being fell upon Him, and by His scourging we are healed. ⁶ All of us like sheep have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way; but the Lord has caused the iniquity of us all to fall on Him.
⁷ He was oppressed and He was afflicted, yet He did not open His mouth; like a lamb that is led to slaughter, and like a sheep that is silent before its shearers, so He did not open His mouth. ⁸ By oppression and judgment He was taken away; and as for His generation, who considered that He was cut off out of the land of the living for the transgression of my people, to whom the stroke was due? ⁹ His grave was assigned with wicked men, yet He was with a rich man in His death, because He had done no violence, nor was there any deceit in His mouth.
¹⁰ But the Lord was pleased to crush Him, putting Him to grief; if He would render Himself as a guilt offering, He will see His offspring, He will prolong His days, and the good pleasure of the Lord will prosper in His hand. ¹¹ As a result of the anguish of His soul, He will see it and be satisfied; by His knowledge the Righteous One, My Servant, will justify the many, as He will bear their iniquities. ¹² Therefore, I will allot Him a portion with the great, and He will divide the booty with the strong; because He poured out Himself to death, and was numbered with the transgressors; yet He Himself bore the sin of many, and interceded for the transgressors,” Isaiah 53:1-12.

“⁵ For just as the sufferings of Christ are ours in abundance, so also our comfort is abundant through Christ. ⁶ But if we are afflicted, it is for your comfort and salvation; or if we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which is effective in the patient enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer; ⁷ and our hope for you is firmly grounded, knowing that as you are sharers of our sufferings, so also you are sharers of our comfort.
⁸ For we do not want you to be unaware, brethren, of our affliction which came to us in Asia, that we were burdened excessively, beyond our strength, so that we despaired even of life; ⁹ indeed, we had the sentence of death within ourselves so that we would not trust in ourselves, but in God who raises the dead; ¹⁰ who delivered us from so great a peril of death, and will deliver us, He on whom we have set our hope. And He will yet deliver us, ¹¹ you also joining in helping us through your prayers, so that thanks may be given by many persons on our behalf for the favor bestowed on us through the prayers of many.
¹² For our proud confidence is this: the testimony of our conscience, that in holiness and godly sincerity, not in fleshly wisdom but in the grace of God, we have conducted ourselves in the world, and especially toward you,” 2 Corinthians 1:5-12.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
