It’s Time to Learn to Run With the War Horses!
God is doing a new thing….. He is!
Hang onto The LORD and don’t look back.
These past seasons where you may have experienced intense trials, possibly persecution and labels even from those who spoke well of you before — are real.
The LORD saw it all. You are not alone.
This is a time to shift gears regarding your focus now. I’m encouraging you to hear me — and please note — this Message is not for everyone!
We are being given a choice in this moment to learn to run with the War Horses — or languish in what is
commonplace.
It is a pivotal moment in The Kingdom of God, as well in the kingdom of men.
Many of us know it — we perceive what The Holy Spirit is doing.
Here’s what I am hearing The LORD say: “It’s time to learn to run with the War Horses — and you will do well!”
It is implied that we are being presented with the option to stay behind — caught up in the affairs of men of the earth.
Let go of temporal things that foster complaining and complacency and failures. Dwelling on the failures of men — and even those of our own doing — it is not useful!
Take these things to The LORD. Leave them there! Ask Him what does He require of you now.
Is it repentance? Is it your attention? Your obedience? Is it an action to do — so you may complete a task?
Or is He simply asking you to wait on Him and turn off the distractions, so you may heal up in His presence and His counsel?
What Scripture He is bringing to mind?
When I heard, “It’s time to learn to run with the War Horses — and you will do well…” the Scripture of Jeremiah 12:5 quickly came to my mind.
““If you have run with the footmen, and they have wearied you, then how can you contend with horses? And if in the land of peace, in which you trusted, they wearied you, then how will you do in the floodplain of the Jordan?” Jeremiah 12:5
I can understand why Jeremiah was asking the The LORD to hasten His judgment against those who
persecuted him.
Jeremiah was hurt. He even mentioned the ones who profess God, but their minds were that of a religious person and it reflected in their actions.
Does that sound like a familiar conversation you may have had with The LORD recently? It was for me.
What about the wounds you incurred?
He knows all about it, beloved of God! He is not ignoring what you experienced, as He did not ignore what Jeremiah experienced either.
You too will be healed — vindicated. The LORD is faithful to heal all of us but dwelling on that does not make us stronger for the race that is set before us, and focusing on vengeance often delays our healing too.
It’s The LORD Who will have His Way — on your behalf!
We need to be ready at all times, especially now.
The LORD will never choose to leave any of us behind — but, He does respect our choosing to focus on the hardships instead of His ability to heal us and propel us forward.
It is The LORD Who is always waiting for us. His Love is unconditional and He is patient and kind.
He IS our Savior, Teacher, Healer, Deliverer, our Maker, our righteous Judge — as He is everyone’s!
Trust Him to deal with it all.
If we can look back with honest assessment of what we have focused on — oftentimes we chose not to learn how to run — even in the days when things were much easier. It is like it reads in the Scriptures below.
The wonderful news is, we do not live under any condemnation if we be in Christ. So please pay attention, because it is time to learn how to run with the War Horses.
I encourage you to read the scripture and learn what The Spirit of The LORD was speaking to the Prophet Jeremiah as it was The LORD admonishing him for being impatient in the trials and persecutions Jeremiah faced.
Jeremiah was wanting The LORD to deal with the people — whereas The LORD was wanting Jeremiah to embrace the fact that greater trials were headed his way!
So, The LORD, the God of Israel, was getting Jeremiah’s focus shifted to becoming well equipped for his future.
Jeremiah was being invited by The LORD, “to come up higher ” — to understand above his natural understanding.
Jeremiah had to realize he needed the endurance and resilience of a War Horse for what was coming his way, instead of focusing on how he was beaten down by his fellow man. Let go of that dead weight!
The Scripture also mentions the thickets of the Jordan — a place of danger. Floodings and enemy invasions occurred there; dangerous animals lurked there too.
We need to run with the Horses, so we can traverse the dangerous terrain that is ahead of us.
The LORD is preparing us, and He will always tell us ahead of time. If we be wise — we will listen!
It’s a time to learn to run with the War Horses — so you will do well!
“If you have raced with men on foot and they have worn you out, how can you compete with horses?
If you stumble in a peaceful land, how will you do in the thickets of the Jordan?” Jeremiah 12:5
Catch a hold of The LORD — learn — and don’t let go of Him!

The Lord has been revealing these things to me over the last couple of years and yesterday led me to rewatch a move movie: Edge of Tomorrow, Original title: Live Die Repeat
https://m.imdb.com/title/tt1631867/?ref_=m_ttls_tt_33
Biblical teachings the movie enforces:
God’s calling can be quite unexpected
The need to become committed
The need to train
The need for perseverance
Teamwork, teams of two
Know that Satan is the true enemy, not his pawns (evil and/or deceived people, including Christians with demonic strongholds)
The blood was represented in a perverse way, but the blood and not being afraid of death were central themes. Being willing to embrace dreams/the prophetic was a theme as well.
Revelation 12:11:
”They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives even in the face of death.“
Good word sister and now wise council for all. The time is short use it wisely.
