It’s Time Out for Playing Games!
“Therefore hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure: and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it,” Isaiah 5:14.
As I was meditating upon the LORD, He spoke to me regarding the games people play!
According to the dictionary, a game means to manipulate (a situation), typically in a way that is unfair or unscrupulous.
It also means to compete, play and or to be in a sport according to the rules of the game.
As you know, the Pharisees and lawyers rejected the advice of God against themselves, being not baptized of John the Baptist.
John the Baptist condemned the Pharisees and Sadducees as a “brood of vipers” in Matthew 3:7, saying that a “brood of vipers” is a “family of snakes.”
Because vipers are venomous, John was essentially calling the religious leaders “deadly sons of serpents.”
These leaders did not want to know the right path and did everything they could to stop the prophets, as well as the works of God from being revealed to others in the Kingdom of God!
Watch out people of God, these types of leaders; King Cobras are the only species of snake to build nests for their young, which they guard ferociously in the kingdom of darkness.
They are very protective of those fellowshipping with them and will disregard the knowledge of God just to be apart of this den of snakes.
Which is the den of pride, position, honor and status among snakes.
We are living in perilous times, where men don’t want true knowledge and/ or holiness (do not want other to receive it) and they will do everything in their power to take up your time in making you feel as though they are serious about the work of Christ.
But their true motives, agendas are like venomous vipers, who cozy up to you so they can get you within striking distance to kill you, as well as your destiny in Christ!
You see, the LORD said unto me that some folks are even like unto the King Cobra snake who likes to play with his victims just before the kill! Just as the Pharisees and the lawyers did Jesus and John the Baptist!
They slither through the wilderness silently, following their prey until they are ready to attack. Knowing full well they are not a part of what you are doing, or neither are they even concerned with you as an individual, but will put up with you because something is in it for them.
These leaders are like unto the King Cobras (vipers) because of their threatening hoods and intimidating upright postures.
Also, because of their elegance, prideful stance and venomous bite on their victims, they have made a reputation in eliminating and killing their prey, which is why they are both respected and feared in the kingdom of darkness.
Jesus said, “Whereunto then shall I liken the men of this generation? And to what are they like?
They are like unto children sitting in the marketplace, and calling one to another, and saying, We have piped unto you, and ye have not danced; we have mourned to you, and ye have not wept.
For John the Baptist came neither eating bread nor drinking wine; and ye say, He hath a devil.
The Son of man is come eating and drinking; and ye say, Behold a gluttonous man, and a winebibber, a friend of publicans and sinners! But wisdom is justified of all her children,” Luke 7:29-35 KJV.
My God, so many are playing silly games piping one to another waiting to see what the response will be from those they are piping to!
While some are responding (calling your work; the wok of Christ demonic because they have no discerning of God’s spirit; even blaspheming the Holy Ghost) and some have chosen not to respond at all many have missed Salvation altogether!
Jesus was very direct in his response with those playing games in the market place!
He wanted them to know that he had sent the prophets and many still had refused to mourn or receive correction or to be convicted of their sins because they were too busy playing games in the market place!
Making fun of those who passed by mourning; while others were busy playing music celebrating but still when a true prophet came to them they had an excuse that something was wrong with that prophet as well.
He wanted them to know you’re not going to believe because you don’t want to believe!
He wanted them to know that everybody he sent was not wrong, but perhaps it was time for some self evaluation saying, “Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye,” Matthew 7:5.
As Jesus so often did, he reminded everybody who choose to come to him he will in no wise cast them out and that the real proof of character is seen in fruit produced in the life of each individual person.
I believe God is saying that the time for playing games has ended and it is time to accept what he is saying in this season!
No more rejecting his counsel or turning of the head and shrugging of the shoulders but it is time to get serious about our souls in this season! (Luke 10:16).
But, instead let us study to prove ourselves children of Wisdom, by attending the instructions of God’s word, and adoring those mysteries and glad tidings which the unbelievers and Pharisees hate and blaspheme that worthy name which you are called by.
No more silly games because tricks are for kids!

As a Missionary, God moved her into the Office of a Prophet, revealing to her the qualities of a True prophet, humility, humiliation, loving others, interceding in prayer, as she keeps her own life clean to accurately hear from God. Since hearing the audible voice of God calling her to ministry, she’s been called to intercede and pray for others in ministry as God speaks, instructs, directs and gives prophetic words for her to give to others. God promised He would bring her to sit and to learn before great men, all of which He did!
