As I was spending some time with The Holy Spirit last night just being myself, open and one on one about a few things, I was led to a time of interceding as He used me.

While there, I saw as it were in the realm of The Spirit a huge field a field of WHEAT or like GRAIN.

As I looked, I saw as if they were being removed, blown to one side but I could not tell from whence they were being moved or by what as there was no physical person, neither did I perceive a wind blow.

It was then that I perceived that it was The Spirit of The LORD so I began to press in prayer and ask The Holy Spirit to help me to understand what was being shown to me.

As I looked again, I saw what looked like a huge pitch fork in the midst of the wheat. I looked again and I saw thick smoke as if something was burning and the smoke was coming from the direction which I saw the wheat/ grain blown.

It was there I heard, “Winnowing Fork!” Then I heard “Threshing!”

I never understood what it was as it being as it were the first I was hearing that name, so I wrote the Vision down and what I heard, then I fell asleep.

The Holy Spirit woke me sometime after 1 o’clock am and would have me to search for the meaning of “Winnowing Fork.”

As it stands, Winnowing and a Winnowing fork is an ancient agricultural method used in separating grain from chaff.

It is also used to remove weevils or other pests from stored grain, while THRESHING is actually the loosening or removal of the edible part of the grain from the chaff that surrounds it by beating against it or treading on it, usually violently by oxen.

The wind however would assist in this SEPARATION….

Many may ask, why then is the Winnowing necessary even after the Threshing and the reason is even after the wheat has been threshed much of the seed still clings to the stalk?

The winnowing process is the final stage of separating the wheat from the stalk. In understanding this, the spiritual implication is the separating of the flesh from The Spirit.

So, The Holy Spirit began to deal with me regarding this and said, “My child, I AM perfecting My Church!”

The scripture in mention was from the Book of Matthew 3:12 which states

“He is ready to separate the chaff from the wheat with his winnowing fork. Then he will clean up the threshing area, gathering the wheat into his barn but burning the chaff with never-ending fire.” (NLT)

I then heard The Holy Spirit began to speak to me and say, “In order to operate in the glory all work of the flesh must be destroyed.

In order that My Church can do the greater work, flesh must be removed. In order to walk in the Spirit and understand the things of the Spirit that the Spirit may use you, there can be no flesh.

Your desires, your will, your ways have to be removed TOTALLY!

Disobedience has to go, pride, and self-will have to go.

I AM perfecting My Church through the threshing and now the winnowing.

It is painful, but it is necessary that I sieve and separate wheat from chaff, flesh from spirit, dead works from acts of Faith.

My Children must come to perfection and whenever I search and I find all that is not of Me — I WILL SEPARATE!”

Father says, “Must I not do to you like the farmer, or even the potter? It is harvest time and I AM gathering.”

Beloveds, let us not be like the scornful infidels, the Pharisees and the Sadducees.

The bible calls them hypocrites; those who know their detestable ways and still choose to continue in them….

True believers are as wheat, substantial, useful, and valuable; hypocrites are as chaff, light and empty, useless and worthless, carried about with every wind.

Let us put off all sin and allow the purifying and cleansing power of The Holy Spirit alone to do the work that can produce fruit and that purity of heart.

Let us walk in humility before The Almighty One as He is not fooled neither mocked and His Spirit searches the depths of every man.

YHWH is coming for a spotless bride. Shalom!
