“Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.
Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness,” Romans 6:16-18 (KJV).

It’s all in the YIELDING… WHAT do you YIELD yourself to, or to WHOM do you YIELD…

When you yield to something, you are inadvertently saying you agree with it and are in favor with it, and so you surrender to it. If you continue to surrender to it you become it’s servant or slave and a partaker with it.

If you yield and surrender to sin, the enemy now has an entrance into your life, and wants you to continue to yield to him so he can gain ground… and dominion resulting in death.

Is the devil your King, or is Jesus the King of your life?

Let’s yield and submit to The Holy Spirit of God in obedience to Him, yielding ourselves to His Holy will in which we have been instructed, and resist the devil… and he will flee from you.

Praise God we do not have to serve sin because we have been set free from it’s chains, delivered out of it’s bonds by the Blood of Jesus, and because we have the mind of Christ, the devils strategies hold no power or influence.

Keep yourselves in the love of God Beloved and serve The LORD in Righteousness!
