I am a watchman as defined in Ezekiel 33, which was the Scripture The LORD led me to read many years ago.

So, when Robin Bullock said “It’s Groaning Time” in his Eleventh Hour program one day last year, my spirit leapt within me.

Robin spoke about America, but The LORD spoke to me about Great Britain. It was like an epiphany moment.

A light came on and The LORD began to speak to me. “Time to groan in the Spirit!” I heard.

The Spirit recalled to my mind, “Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.” (Romans 8:26).

Jesus groaned in the Spirit at moments of great stress or importance (John 11:33, 38).

I was reminded — once again — of the Words that I and many others have given warning of the imminence of a great move of The Holy Spirit in Awakening and Revival!

The problem is that the British Church just isn’t ready!

Evangelism is the buzzword at the moment. Everybody is getting out onto the streets. Wonderful work is being done.

The evangelist is bringing the penitent to the altar — BUT The Church still isn’t ready to receive them — still isn’t prepared for, indeed for the greater part still doesn’t even believe, that revival is even remotely possible.

The Church is just not prepared, and this is causing The LORD great distress!

Now, it’s time for the Intercessors to cry out and groan. As did Elijah at Carmel, it is time to assume the birthing position in order to birth a new renaissance in the Worldwide Church.

Only then will we be ready for Resurrection Power and the awakening we so desperately need.

God is calling the Intercessors to lay hold of the horns of the Altar, and to groan the birth pains of the awakening and harvest promised in scripture.

We have labelled that “The End-time Revival” — the last great gathering-in of harvest.

There’s only a handful who are ready — The LORD is asking us for more. If you … then I — in line with His Word —- “When or if the Church takes My warning seriously, then I will take their prayers seriously!”

That’s a serious statement, but too many pray halfhearted prayers, just to salve their own conscience!

Many have even tried to return to the status quo as it was a few years ago, but The Church is losing, and has lost too many of its members, and it is no longer capable of sustaining an awakening let alone a full revival.

The LORD is showing me that there is still a fear of the supernatural, even within the so-called Pentecostal and Charismatic circles.

How long before we confess our fear of awakening and revival? How long before we stop ignoring the occult within our walls, and confront it without fear?

Cast the fear down and we will see the Awakening start — and Revival will not be far behind.

Fear be gone. Boldness arise. Get down on your faces before The LORD and groan this birthing into being.

This is what The LORD has put on my heart again today.
