It Has Been Flowing All The Time!
The LORD showed me a small boat that was floating down a river.
The boat had no oars or rudder, and someone, it could be anyone, you or me, was in the boat holding on to its sides.
The river became swifter and more turbulent as the boat was swept down stream. As the waves became bigger and swifter still, water began to splash into the boat, drenching, soaking the person in the boat.
But something is different about the water coming into the boat. The person in the boat is drenched, soaking wet, but the boat itself is not filling up with water.
In fact it remains quite dry! The river is called “The Word That is Sent“.
The splashing that is pouring onto you is called the “Anointing of the Holy Spirit” and the “Word that is Sent” is permeating your very being.
In Second Peter 1:20-21 it says,
“Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation. For prophecy never had its origin in the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.”
The LORD has given you an intense desire, a drive, to walk in the Gifts of the Holy Spirit.
He has given you an ability to be carried along by the Holy Spirit, as you obey “on the fly” if you will, speaking the very Words He gives you, as the Word flows from your innermost being like a river of living water.
This goes along with what The LORD gave a few months ago which says: “There is a river that is rising, flowing swiftly and powerfully through the valley you are in.
You may feel overwhelmed by its current rushing past because of its massive size, yet you feel drawn to it.
This river is different from anything you have seen before because it is coming from a source you haven’t recognized, a source you did not know existed.
Yet it has been flowing all the time. The river is rising higher and higher, coursing through your valley with greater and greater power, slamming against the mountains of your life, ripping out trees by their roots.
These trees grew from seeds that were planted in your life that developed into roots of bitterness.
These are trees you tried to chop down, but the roots still remained and they grew back again over the years.
As the trees are torn out by the raging river, roots are being exposed, and the raging torrent is carrying them to a sea of forgetfulness to be remembered no more.”

Awesome
Awesome. Love it. Thanks Brother.
I dreamed of a small cupped boat with pointed ends, and saw someone poling thru a river channel. The iriver became more turbulent, and I was concerned for the person in the boat (for the boat that moved serenely initially being spun this way and that as it moved forward.)
And I was given to understand this as relating to —man makes his plans, but God directs our steps.
The person in the boat kept putting in provisions that floated by however was soon risking sinking the boat—which was the vehicle he was using to move forward.
May God direct us-and we listen—to the provisions He wants us to store, and those we are not to keep.
Proverbs 16:9 NLT
We can make our plans, but the LORD determines our steps.
