Declarations & Decrees: Israel Rises While Her Enemies Scatter – the Lord Scrambles the Enemies’ Communications and They Are Incapable of Understanding Ours!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord God Almighty SAVES HIS LAND, ISRAEL, and His People, from the power of their enemy.
  We PRAISE and THANK the Lord for His WISDOM and MERCY upon the Land, and the STRATEGY within His Leaders.
• I decree and declare the Lord is THUNDERING VIOLENTLY over the enemies: those determined to destroy Israel and her allies.
  The enemies are STRUCK DOWN before Israel!
• I declare and bless the Lord, my ROCK, for preparing His People for BATTLE.
  He shows us GRACE; and He is our FORTRESS, our STRONGHOLD in Whom we find SHELTER, our SHIELD, in Whom we take REFUGE, Who SUBDUES the enemy.
• I declare Lord, what are mere mortals, that You NOTICE them; humans, that You THINK about them?
  Man is like a PUFF of WIND, his days like a fleeting SHADOW.
  You are the Great I AM, the First and the Last, the Creator of the Universe!
• I decree and declare Lord, lower the Heavens and come down; touch the Mountains, make them pour out SMOKE.
  Shoot out LIGHTENING and SCATTER them.
  Lord, You rescue Your Servants out of the power of strangers.
• I decree and declare the enemy has FALLEN into the HANDS of the LIVING GOD.
  The are not able to overcome the Armies of His Chosen Ones or of His Angel Armies.
  The Lord is giving the enemy’s plans into the hands of His Prophets.
  The Lord God Almighty will be glorified in His People’s success.
• I decree and declare, though armies pursue you, DON’T BE AFRAID – those who are with you outnumber those who are with them!
  The Lord will open your eyes to SEE His Army with fiery chariots!
• I decree and declare the enemy will be STRUCK WITH BLINDNESS so that they lose their way.
  God is confusing the troops, they will be STOPPED in their tracks, unable to proceed with their plans.
• I decree and declare the SOUND of the LORD will send the enemy FLEEING!
  They will leave their weapons, vehicles and belongings, fleeing quickly in the twilight.
  The plunder will be returned to the People of the Lord!
• I declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁸ Then the sons of Israel said to Samuel, “Do not cease to cry to the Lord our God for us, that He may save us from the hand of the Philistines.” ⁹ Samuel took a suckling lamb and offered it for a whole burnt offering to the Lord; and Samuel cried to the Lord for Israel and the Lord answered him. ¹⁰ Now Samuel was offering up the burnt offering, and the Philistines drew near to battle against Israel. But the Lord thundered with a great thunder on that day against the Philistines and confused them, so that they were routed before Israel. ¹¹ The men of Israel went out of Mizpah and pursued the Philistines, and struck them down as far as below Beth-car,” 1 Samuel 7:8-11.

“¹ Blessed be the Lord, my rock, who trains my hands for war, and my fingers for battle; ² My lovingkindness and my fortress, my stronghold and my deliverer, my shield and He in whom I take refuge, who subdues my people under me. ³ O Lord, what is man, that You take knowledge of him? Or the son of man, that You think of him? ⁴ Man is like a mere breath; His days are like a passing shadow. ⁵ Bow Your heavens, O Lord, and come down; touch the mountains, that they may smoke. ⁶ Flash forth lightning and scatter them; send out Your arrows and confuse them. ⁷ Stretch forth Your hand from on high; rescue me and deliver me out of great waters, out of the hand of aliens ⁸ Whose mouths speak deceit, and whose right hand is a right hand of falsehood,” Psalm 144:1-8.

“⁸ Now the king of Aram was warring against Israel; and he counseled with his servants saying, “In such and such a place shall be my camp.” ⁹ The man of God sent word to the king of Israel saying, “Beware that you do not pass this place, for the Arameans are coming down there.” ¹⁰ The king of Israel sent to the place about which the man of God had told him; thus he warned him, so that he guarded himself there, more than once or twice. ¹¹ Now the heart of the king of Aram was enraged over this thing; and he called his servants and said to them, “Will you tell me which of us is for the king of Israel?” ¹² One of his servants said, “No, my lord, O king; but Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the words that you speak in your bedroom.” ¹³ So he said, “Go and see where he is, that I may send and take him.” And it was told him, saying, “Behold, he is in Dothan.” ¹⁴ He sent horses and chariots and a great army there, and they came by night and surrounded the city. ¹⁵ Now when the attendant of the man of God had risen early and gone out, behold, an army with horses and chariots was circling the city. And his servant said to him, “Alas, my master! What shall we do?” ¹⁶ So he answered, “Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” ¹⁷ Then Elisha prayed and said, “O Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” And the Lord opened the servant’s eyes and he saw; and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. ¹⁸ When they came down to him, Elisha prayed to the Lord and said, “Strike this people with blindness, I pray.” So He struck them with blindness according to the word of Elisha. ¹⁹ Then Elisha said to them, “This is not the way, nor is this the city; follow me and I will bring you to the man whom you seek.” And he brought them to Samaria. ²⁰ When they had come into Samaria, Elisha said, “O Lord, open the eyes of these men, that they may see.” So the Lord opened their eyes and they saw; and behold, they were in the midst of Samaria,” 2 Kings 6:8-20.

“³ Now there were four leprous men at the entrance of the gate; and they said to one another, “Why do we sit here until we die? ⁴ If we say, ‘We will enter the city,’ then the famine is in the city and we will die there; and if we sit here, we die also. Now therefore come, and let us go over to the camp of the Arameans. If they spare us, we will live; and if they kill us, we will but die.” ⁵ They arose at twilight to go to the camp of the Arameans; when they came to the outskirts of the camp of the Arameans, behold, there was no one there. ⁶ For the Lord had caused the army of the Arameans to hear a sound of chariots and a sound of horses, even the sound of a great army, so that they said to one another, “Behold, the king of Israel has hired against us the kings of the Hittites and the kings of the Egyptians, to come upon us.” ⁷ Therefore they arose and fled in the twilight, and left their tents and their horses and their donkeys, even the camp just as it was, and fled for their life. ⁸ When these lepers came to the outskirts of the camp, they entered one tent and ate and drank, and carried from there silver and gold and clothes, and went and hid them; and they returned and entered another tent and carried from there also, and went and hid them,” 2 Kings 7:3-8.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
