Injustice
INJUSTICE: INJUS’TICE, n. L. injustitia; in and justitia, justice.
1. Iniquity; wrong; any violation of another’s rights, as fraud in contracts, or the withholding of what is due. It has a particular reference to an unequal distribution of rights, property or privileges among persons who have equal claims.
2. The withholding from another merited praise, or ascribing to him unmerited blame.
Thus says the LORD:
“Do justice and righteousness, and deliver from the hand of the oppressor him who has been robbed. And do no wrong or violence to the resident alien, the fatherless, and the widow, nor shed innocent blood in this place.
For if you will indeed obey this word, then there shall enter the gates of this house kings who sit on the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, they and their servants and their people.
But if you will not obey these words, I swear by myself, declares the LORD, that this house shall become a desolation,” Jeremiah 22:3-5.
“And he said to them, “You are those who justify yourselves before men, but God knows your hearts. For what is exalted among men is an abomination in the sight of God,” Luke 16:15.
We live in a world where true justice is very rare and seldom is found in the courts of law and particularly in a corrupt government.
The rich are rewarded for their wealth and the poor continue to live a life of poverty. And yet one would wonder where true justice may be found.
There is so much hypocrisy and greed in our world. Some pretend to show by their words that they care for the poor and that they are righteous, but their actions and their hearts betray them.
A man may feign support by showing his bible and speak words that sound right, but underneath, it is like an open sepulcher.
But God knows these hearts and in time that arrogant pride will go before a fall, and that fall will be great!
Men step down because of allegations and yet those who are more corrupt, are allowed to stay.
“Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips,” Romans 3:13.
There are so many among us who lack true discernment and their very hearts may even know that their perceptions and opinions are wrong.
So many think that false is true and what is true is false. The world is set on edge and what once stood upright is now upside down.
I say this forthrightly about a present government that many think is righteous simply because certain words are said to appease a certain group.
And yet underneath these words are hearts filled full of deceit and lies. One lie begets another lie and in time, that lie is even believed. A new reality is proposed and the stage is set of smoke and mirrors to distract the followers.
Oh for the distractions and diversions! And yet some of you swallow every tasty morsel thinking that this will satisfy your appetites!
But what you don’t know is that your hearts and minds are being changed ever so slowly. The words of the prophet Isaiah are so true in this matter:
“He said, “Go, and tell this people: ‘Keep on listening, but do not perceive; Keep on looking, but do not understand.’ “Render the hearts of this people insensitive, their ears dull, and their eyes dim, otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts, and return and be healed.”
Then I said, “Lord, how long?” And He answered, “Until cities are devastated and without inhabitant, houses are without people and the land is utterly desolate, “The Lord has removed men far away, and the forsaken places are many in the midst of the land. “Yet there will be a tenth portion in it, and it will again be subject to burning, like a terebinth or an oak whose stump remains when it is felled. The holy seed is its stump,” Isaiah 6:9-13.
But the only true justice that will ever be is when the Son of God comes in fury, and He will set-up His everlasting Kingdom. And then justice will roll like a river because the very river of God that flows from His throne will be an ever-present reminder of what is true, right, and holy.
“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere,” Martin Luther King.

Stephen Hanson of In His Truth Ministries came to the LORD is a special way in 1975 and has prophesied regularly since. In these end-time birthing pangs we are reminded that judgment must first begin with the household of God. Will we be prepared and ready?
