when we keep looking back over the past, we are unable to move forward in the Lord. We become disabled as it were. We can’t be going back and forward too. So we need to release the past, forgive where forgiveness is needed, quit looking back in our thoughts and talk. Let it all go. The past is the past, we can’t undo or redo any of what happened. Count it all joy James 1. When the word says to count it all joy, that means that we can. God doesn’t ask anything of us that we are unable to do, unless it’s by our own choice not to do.
