Declarations & Decrees: Individuals Are Being Moved to Change the Atmosphere and Shape Nations!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare WISDOM, DISCERNMENT of spirits and INTERPRETATION of DREAMS are opening up POSITIONS of LEADERSHIP, in all Countries for the Children of the Most High God/ El Elyon!
  In all things PRAY and SPEAK with the WISDOM of the Lord/ Adonai.
  Do not strive, but TRUST in the Lord’s ALIGNMENT of People and Opportunities.
• I decree and declare it is the Lord/ Adonai Who APPOINTS Rulers and Leaders of Nations, and all government bodies.
  He RAISES UP men and brings them down.
  He can use the ungodly to make godly decisions to affect His People and the World.
  We PRAY for all those in Government and Leadership positions.
• I decree and declare in the Coming Days, Nations will be TURNED by the Laws/ Torah of God Almighty/ El Shaddai, where in the natural it appeared impossible.
  Keep your Eyes LOOKING UP to God’s Heavenly Kingdom.
  As we speak it forth, so will it be ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN!
• I decree and declare we SEEK LEADERS who are People of PRAISE, Individuals with Hearts turned to the TRUTHS of God Almighty/ El Shaddai and His Ways.
  We CALL to those who will FOLLOW the Lord, those who are PLIABLE to be MOLDED in the Potter’s Hands: Come! Come! Be AVAILABLE for the MOVING OF THE LORD!
• I decree and declare the DESIRE will be PLACED within the Leaders’ Hearts, Lord/ Adonai, to RECEIVE from Your Spirit/ Ruach a MIND OF UNDERSTANDING TO JUDGE Your People, to DISCERN between Good and Evil — for who is able to Judge this great Nation.
• I decree and declare for those who LEAD without selfish motivation, but only to SERVE the Lord/ Adonai and to LEAD the People in RIGHTEOUSNESS, the Lord will increase both RICHES and HONOR!
  As you WALK in the Ways of the Lord, keeping His Statutes and His Commandments, He will LENGTHEN your days.
• I decree and declare Leaders will come from those who CRY AFTER GOD/ ELOHIM. They say, “I told of my ways and YOU ANSWERED ME.
  Teach me YOUR STATUTES.
  Help me DISCERN the Way of Your PRECEPTS, so I may MEDITATE on YOUR WONDERS!
  Make me STAND FIRM with Your Word!”
• I decree and declare the Individual whose heart hungers for the Lord/ Adonai will say unto the Lord, “Teach me the Way of Your decrees, Lord/ Adonai, and I WILL FOLLOW THEM to the end. Give me UNDERSTANDING, that I may KEEP Your Law/ Torah and OBSERVE it with ALL MY HEART.
  Help me walk in the Path of your Commandments for I delight in it!”
• I decree and declare how I LOVE Your Law/ Torah!
  It is my MEDITATION all day.
  Your Commandments make me WISER than my enemies — for they are mine FOREVER.
  I have gained more UNDERSTANDING than all my elders, for I HAVE KEPT YOUR PRECEPTS.
  I keep my feet from every evil way in order to FOLLOW YOUR WORD!
• I decree and declare Your Word is a LAMP to my feet and a LIGHT to my path.
  I have sworn and confirmed to OBSERVE Your RIGHTEOUS RULINGS.
  Your Testimonies I have as a HERITAGE FOREVER, for they are my Heart’s JOY.
  I turn my Heart to do Your DECREES, FOREVER, to the very end!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“³² Now as for the repeating of the dream to Pharaoh twice, it means that the matter is determined by God, and God will quickly bring it about. ³³ Now let Pharaoh look for a man discerning and wise, and set him over the land of Egypt. ³⁴ Let Pharaoh take action to appoint overseers in charge of the land, and let him exact a fifth of the produce of the land of Egypt in the seven years of abundance. ³⁵ Then let them gather all the food of these good years that are coming, and store up the grain for food in the cities under Pharaoh’s authority, and let them guard it. ³⁶ Let the food become as a reserve for the land for the seven years of famine which will occur in the land of Egypt, so that the land will not perish during the famine.”
³⁷ Now the proposal seemed good to Pharaoh and to all his servants.
³⁸ Then Pharaoh said to his servants, “Can we find a man like this, in whom is a divine spirit?” ³⁹ So Pharaoh said to Joseph, “Since God has informed you of all this, there is no one so discerning and wise as you are. ⁴⁰ You shall be over my house, and according to your command all my people shall do homage; only in the throne I will be greater than you.” ⁴¹ Pharaoh said to Joseph, “See, I have set you over all the land of Egypt.” ⁴² Then Pharaoh took off his signet ring from his hand and put it on Joseph’s hand, and clothed him in garments of fine linen and put the gold necklace around his neck. ⁴³ He had him ride in his second chariot; and they proclaimed before him, “Bow the knee!” And he set him over all the land of Egypt. ⁴⁴ Moreover, Pharaoh said to Joseph, “Though I am Pharaoh, yet without your permission no one shall raise his hand or foot in all the land of Egypt,” Genesis 41:32-44.

“⁵ In Gibeon the Lord appeared to Solomon in a dream at night; and God said, “Ask what you wish Me to give you.”
⁶ Then Solomon said, “You have shown great lovingkindness to Your servant David my father, according as he walked before You in truth and righteousness and uprightness of heart toward You; and You have reserved for him this great lovingkindness, that You have given him a son to sit on his throne, as it is this day. ⁷ Now, O Lord my God, You have made Your servant king in place of my father David, yet I am but a little child; I do not know how to go out or come in. ⁸ Your servant is in the midst of Your people which You have chosen, a great people who are too many to be numbered or counted. ⁹ So give Your servant an understanding heart to judge Your people to discern between good and evil. For who is able to judge this great people of Yours?”
¹⁰ It was pleasing in the sight of the Lord that Solomon had asked this thing. ¹¹ God said to him, “Because you have asked this thing and have not asked for yourself long life, nor have asked riches for yourself, nor have you asked for the life of your enemies, but have asked for yourself discernment to understand justice, ¹² behold, I have done according to your words. Behold, I have given you a wise and discerning heart, so that there has been no one like you before you, nor shall one like you arise after you. ¹³ I have also given you what you have not asked, both riches and honor, so that there will not be any among the kings like you all your days. ¹⁴ If you walk in My ways, keeping My statutes and commandments, as your father David walked, then I will prolong your days,” 1 Kings 3:5-14.

“²⁵ My soul cleaves to the dust; revive me according to Your word. ²⁶ I have told of my ways, and You have answered me; teach me Your statutes. ²⁷ Make me understand the way of Your precepts, so I will meditate on Your wonders. ²⁸ My soul weeps because of grief; strengthen me according to Your word. ²⁹ Remove the false way from me, and graciously grant me Your law. ³⁰ I have chosen the faithful way; I have placed Your ordinances before me. ³¹ I cling to Your testimonies; O Lord, do not put me to shame! ³² I shall run the way of Your commandments, for You will enlarge my heart.
³³ Teach me, O Lord, the way of Your statutes, and I shall observe it to the end. ³⁴ Give me understanding, that I may observe Your law and keep it with all my heart. ³⁵ Make me walk in the path of Your commandments, for I delight in it. ³⁶ Incline my heart to Your testimonies and not to dishonest gain. ³⁷ Turn away my eyes from looking at vanity, and revive me in Your ways. ³⁸ Establish Your word to Your servant, as that which produces reverence for You. ³⁹ Turn away my reproach which I dread, for Your ordinances are good. ⁴⁰ Behold, I long for Your precepts; revive me through Your righteousness……..
………. ⁹⁷ O how I love Your law! It is my meditation all the day. ⁹⁸ Your commandments make me wiser than my enemies, for they are ever mine. ⁹⁹ I have more insight than all my teachers, for Your testimonies are my meditation. ¹⁰⁰ I understand more than the aged, because I have observed Your precepts. ¹⁰¹ I have restrained my feet from every evil way, that I may keep Your word. ¹⁰² I have not turned aside from Your ordinances, for You Yourself have taught me. ¹⁰³ How sweet are Your words to my taste! Yes, sweeter than honey to my mouth! ¹⁰⁴ From Your precepts I get understanding; therefore I hate every false way.
¹⁰⁵ Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. ¹⁰⁶ I have sworn and I will confirm it, that I will keep Your righteous ordinances. ¹⁰⁷ I am exceedingly afflicted; revive me, O Lord, according to Your word. ¹⁰⁸ O accept the freewill offerings of my mouth, O Lord, and teach me Your ordinances. ¹⁰⁹ My life is continually in my hand, yet I do not forget Your law. ¹¹⁰ The wicked have laid a snare for me, yet I have not gone astray from Your precepts. ¹¹¹ I have inherited Your testimonies forever, for they are the joy of my heart. ¹¹² I have inclined my heart to perform Your statutes forever, even to the end,” Psalm 119:25-40,97-112.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
